My old car died. They did what they could for a trade in. Gave me more than the Ford dealership would do. They were easy to work with on the purchase. There was one small issue after I purchased the vehicle and they helped me figure out what the problem was even though they had no legal obligation to look into it. No issues with the car once we figured out that minor interior noise issue. I would recommend checking out their lot before going to a full service dealership. You can tell they love the car business.
It was very reliable and comfortable.

It was very comfortable and reliable. I did not have any major repairs in the 6 years that I owned it. It was a great value for my money.
Much larger on the inside than expected. Easy to drive and handles great in the snow. Love the design of the rear seat-the whole thing moves forward for more trunk space or back for more passenger leg room!
I bought this 2011 2LT v6 with leather and all the chrome a few months ago for my wife. I think the thing is ugly as heck, especially in the champagne color with the brown leather interior, but the wife loves it so...
We love the adjustable back seat, and the sheer amount of leg room back there. I have a Saab 9-5 which is fine back there, but the Equinox is miles better for rear seat room. Easily fit 3 adults back there!
Once we decided on this generation of Equinox, we went around and test drove a bunch (and the GMC Terrain as well, same car, different sheet metal). I was about to put the kibosh on the Equinox due to the 4cyl sounding like it was always straining. Then we found this one with the v6. Wow, what a difference. Smooth quiet power. The difference between the two engines is day and night.
The v6 seems to be a rare bird. As a $1500 option when it was new, that doesn't seem like a ton of money to step up to this engine. And all the bad reviews I've read about the drivetrain are talking about the 4 cyl, not the v6.
While I still prefer the comfort of my Saab, my wife hauls around kids and gear. There's plenty of room for everything she needs with this SUV. And coming from a Ford Explorer, she is way happier than she was with the Ford.
I loved the care and service at Alderman Imports. They make sure they find you the most perfect car for you and there is absolutely no pressure. I would highly recommend them. What a great experience. My sales specialist, Zenah Cole, was the best!

I love my car, truthfully. I wish Chevrolet would've done their due diligence with the 2.4L EcoTec™ motor, but overall, amazing car. I love the space, the twin cockpit look with the Camaro gauges. My 4cyl FWD is peppy and she will move out if she needs to! I love this car minus it's MINOR issues.
My wife and I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Accord Hybrid here and have been in awe of this dealership ever since. Scott Hiller is wonderful to work with, helpful and efficient. We definitely will buy our next Honda Hybrid here.

best looking best driving best riding car that I have ever owned in my life.i just wish I could afford a new one.thanks a lot for the good time I had at parks chevy.
Great customer service! Pleasant environment and friendly people. All service options were explained to me in detail by Marshall. This made my decision much easier. A dealer is only as good as its service dept.
Worst car I've ever owned.

This car power steering light keep say there is a leak. When I turn the switch on its so loud have to let it run to use down. Have to keep putting oil on it. Don't know why it's burning oil so fast. Now it's smells like gas on the inside whenever we turn on the vents. This is just bad. You should have a recall on the 2011 model's because everyone I know with a vehicle same make and model have had the same problems. Something need to be done.
Everyone on their staff was professional, friendly, and courteous to both my wife and me. From the initial contact/test drive through to the last signature (which happened within a matter of 1-2 hours), we were given the appropriate amount of attention without any undue pressure to buy. My only (relatively minor) complaint was that the online advertisement included "with Navigation System" when in reality the vehicle was not equipped with one.

I wanted a reliable, used SUV and am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend the Equinox. It has plenty of leg room for a tall person
Highly recommend! I have had nothing but excellent experiences here for all car service/repairs. The service is always amazing - very helpful, kind, and professional. Every time I go in for an issue they work to resolve it and I never, ever feel taken advantage of as I have sometimes wondered at other places in the past. I will definitely continue to go back.
Steve Harrison kept me informed every couple of hours throughout my lengthy repair. Reached out to me a couple of days after to see how things were doing. I was impressed by that. I have had my truck serviced there for over 12 years (1998 F150) and they have always treated me fairly. Thank you Steve!
