Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Alex was amazing he got us into a truck that we never thought we would ever be able to get. Alex went the extra mile for us. He is very good at what he does and he's in it for you not a sale. We definitely will be returning and recommending him to anyone that is in the market for a new car.

The Modern day vehicle is a great car The motors last for 200,000
Plus miles. They do not rust . If you buy this vehicle for 7,500 . Drive it
For Five years 20,000 miles a year . It cost you 1,500 a year. Plus maintenance.
I talk to one of your Sales Manager who was quite helpful in discussing couple of Toyota Corolla in your show room of 2017, however, I have postponed for a month to purchase and will definitely contact if I am ready to purchase.

this vehicle took time to get use to since all i ever had was cars but i do like it it has decent room good leg room love the child safety locks itbut other than that i like it alots great for that alone everything works only thing i would like is a little more space in the back
Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

Meets all my needs. AWD. SIDE CURTAIN AND REAR PASSENGER AIRBAGS. very comfortable. Very good mpg for a larger vehicle at around 24 mpg combined driving.
Laurence was very professional and he got me in the car of my choice in less time. he addressed my concerns. Even though they were undergoing construction. All the sales men/women were smiling as they said hi to me.
The overall experience was Amazing This is my 3rd car so if you are looking for a great sells man Ask for Bob. Recommended and you will not be disappointed we’re not family and purchase all of our vehicles from USA
Timing belt could be a problem if not monitored

Great vehicle, just keep an eye on the timing belt guides since they are plastic and they broke on me which eventually led to the timing belt to brake. Bluetooth should include sound and not just the phone feature, but it works fine.
