My husband found a car online from here. He called them up and spoke with Robert Cosgrove about meeting with him to test drive this car out. While speaking, my husband pointed out that there weren't any pictures of the inside of the car online. Robert went out and took a video of the inside and out of the car and sent it over to us so we could see it before we went. When we showed up he was very prompt to meet us and already had the car up and ready for the test drive! we weren't expecting to do anything more than test drive today so we didn't take my husbands car (the one we we're going to trade in). Robert said "let's go get his car while on this test drive so we can check it out". By this point in the test drive we knew we weren't going anywhere else for any other test drives, so we went and got it and Robert was awesome the whole time listening to my stories on the return trip back during rush hour. His personality was right on point with ours making this an easy sale. He was never pushy with us and didn't seem like a "car salesman". Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and tentative. They even had popcorn waiting for me when we got back from cleaning out my husbands car. It was a great experience all around, and I would recommend both Robert and Hendrick to anyone looking in the future.
I have been looking for the car I purchased for about a year. Found the car and called Northtown even auto and was lucky to have Carl carter answer the phone. I made an offer for the car and Carl got back to me in about 10 minutes. I made another offer and had a very nice conversation with Carl about this process and again after taking to the owner they came back with an agreement we both could live with. I live in Massachusetts and doing a deal long distance was a little concerning I did not see the car in person but Carl assured me the car was on great shape and I would not be disappointed when it arrived. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis on what I needed and put me in touch with Keith to get all of the paperwork completed. I hope the owner of the company gets to read this because he should be very, very proud to have such dedicated employees working for the company. I only wished i could have met Carl and Keith to thank them ln person
Carmax has a wide variety of used cars to check out if you are not sure what you want. We found a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with less than 8000 miles. Very nice vehicle that is roomy with lots of cool options. My sales agent was very nice, no pressure and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. I would buy from Carmax again!
Purchased a Honda Odyssey from Hendrick Nissan. It was exactly what I had been searching for and they had it for a fair price. The sales department was top notch.
Had an issue with the service department after my 100K mile maintenance when my serpentine belt failed only 4 months after being replaced. I contacted owner loyalty and my concerns were relayed to the general manager who then contacted me directly. He listened to my concerns, took the time to acknowledge responsibility and did everything to make it right.
I am happy to say I am a satisfied customer.
I had a great experience at Carmax today with the help of Kelsey. Soon I'll be taking a road trip to the east coast and the team in the service department or very thorough in particular and I feel safe behind the wheel when I make the road trip. You guys are awesome, I am CarMax for life! Sean M
I went to The dealership to look at a 2017 Yukon, i walk into the showroom and I’m greeted by Megan Brown. Megan answered all my questions and was quick to find a vehicle that I was looking for. She was patient & explained The options on the SUV, she was very knowledgeable of all the options. We took a test drive and she wasn’t in a hurry to get back and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle before buying it. She explained the whole buying process and getting my trade looked at and negotiating a great deal. Megan is a Rockstar in the making, I would highly recommend her to anybody wanting to buy a new or used car,truck or suv. The whole buying process was completely stress-free from the office staff to the sales manager and the finance person and the owner Tony. The detail department did a fantastic job and again Megan help me clean out my old car and get into my new car and set up the on star in the vehicle. I would highly recommend Megan and this dealership for all your vehicle needs.

Absolutely fantastic service. Had a "check engine light" come on, usually an inconsequential indicator, not this time. I needed to replace the timing chain, as well as the associated guides and other items, all needing replacement. What was going to be an 8K repair was handled by the service dept (thank you Gina) and the Nissan Rep under warranty (even though the vehicle was outside factory warranty by a few thousand miles!). I cant say enough about how they went to bat for me and got the entire repair covered by the factory. Amazing!! Will bring my vehicle in for every repair in the future, minor, major and incidentals. Great job guys. Keep up the good work. See you soon!!
