Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. The other day I stopped by Ingersoll of Pawling to just mention the my tale light was out. I wanted to know which light I should buy to replace it. The staff member I talked with immediately told me they would look at my car, took my keys to the service department, and had them check out my vehicle. I didn't have to wait very long. My car was looked at in a very reasonable time frame, and on top of that, the dealership replaced the bulb at no cost to me. As I was waiting the staff was friendly enough to occupy my time with conversation and coffee. This dealership has top notch employees and service. I would definitely recommend Ingersoll of Pawling for repairs, and much much more!
This is the third Audi we've purchased. From the moment we sat down with Janet I felt assured we were going to be able to seal a deal. She listened to our needs, prior experience with other sales staff and explained everything. We were so satisfied with Janet that we did something we have never done before. We purchased and had our car delivered within 4 days. She not only explained how everything works in the car but followed up with us later to see if we needed any other assistance and told us to call anytime we needed anything.
From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and made the whole process super easy. His team was fluid and efficient. He called me at 11:00am to tell me about a Chevy Cruze that was available. He asked if I could be there by 1:00pm and I was home in my driveway at 2:55pm with my new car. Perfect experience.
“The Duke” does it again. This was my second time coming to Phil for a new truck and once again he had me leaving there with more than I expected and smiling from ear to ear. He and his team were able to put me in exactly what I wanted for less than I wanted to pay. I’ve bought many many vehicles and dealt with every type of salesman and I truly began to believe everyone of them were thieves, then I was referred to The Duke and I will not purchase from anyone but him. You better stay around buddy!!!!
This is my second new car purchase at Woodbury Chevrolet. My sales person this time was Dave Shanks who I found to be very knowledgeable and helpful in my deciding between several vehicles. He was not at all pushy or impatient throughout the whole process, but seemed genuinely concerned that my wife and I end up with the right one for us. This was probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had.
Had a great experience with the staff. The salesman, Peter, didn???t hassle me into anything I didn???t want. Lou was very helpful and down to earth. I was free to test drive the car for a good distance under supervision and the best part are the prices. The higher end models here cost less then lower end models elsewhere.
Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.
Steve Kozar was our sales person. No pressure . Got answers to all our questions quickly. We found a great car at a fair price . Steve is very personable and accommodating. When we picked up the car we were in and out in 30 minutes and the car was fully detailed and they had addressed any issues we raised during our test drive and inspection to our satisfaction. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. I’d recommend you see Steve if you are looking for a quality ride.
A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.
Normally my car would be in for routine service, but on this occasion it was in to have snow tires put on and as usual was done as scheduled with a sense of urgency while I waited. I have found the service department to be very dependable and competitively priced.
I called about a particular car I found on their website and he couldn't find it. My description of the car along with the stock no. and he still couldn't locate it. He said he can't keep track of all his inventory because he sells over 30 car per day... What? Who does that much volume? I'm sure not this place
Buying a car from J&M was the best car buying experience by far! I worked with Vinny who was more than patient and accommodating with me. Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. He dealt with me calling him multiple times a day to ask questions or even just check on the status of my vehicle being ready! He did his best to make sure I got my vehicle before the holiday. He made sure he put me and my child in a safe, reliable vehicle. I would highly recommend J&M to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle...in fact, I already have! :)
