I bought a car in July from Bill, didn???t have the best credit, ended up leaving in a nice 2016 Elantra. A week ago I totaled that car so I knew 100% that I was going back to Bill! I finally got to actually buy a car from these guys. Had been looking but wasn???t ready and still have excellent service. I went there today not looking for specific car but I New these guy would have or find me something that fit my needs. No pressure family feel is why I returned. Everything up front no games and help me with a loan with not so great credit after so problems. I would come back and absolutely recommend. Also thanks for champagne guys!! Great place to buy a vehicle. I worked with mike he was a great person To deal with . He took me on a great road test answering all my questions about the jeep we were driving. The hole staff went the extra mile to make the experience a great time when buying the jeep I got!!!

This Equinox is just what I needed.
Good handling with adequate power, comfort, and utility. It is a pleasure to drive and I feel proud to own it.
Anthony was an awesome help in obtaining our new Jeep! He was easy to work with, friendly, not a typical salesman! He was able to get us to where we wanted to be with payments and we appreciate his efforts! Love our new Jeep Cherokee!

2016? Check underneath for rust and leaks. Lots of rust for 2-3year old truck. Plus one of the rear gadgets has a leak. The LS infotainment system does not accommodate Android phones unless you pay for OnStar. This mean no navy unless you pay $60 a month. I'm not happy with my Equinox nor Chevy in general.
I would recommend them for service and repair, but not for purchasing a vehicle.
Love the Technology of the Flex, App and Onstar!

I really love and feel spoiled by the technology available on this vehicle, I loved the money I saved by having the Flex Fuel option to save money by filling my gas tank with E85, love the convenience of the Onstar app on my phone. I was always able to start my vehicle in the winter from any distance with the app and then the Onstar service in the vehicle to get directions easily by either typing in my destination on the app on my phone or by speaking to a rep in the car!
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
I dealt with John Rider from Bergey's and he assisted me throughout the process, showing me alternatives at all my price points. At the end of the day I got the car I wanted at a very fair price. Great experience!!
Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.

The car drives great and has lots of safety features. Gets good gas mileage. It has plenty of leg room. It has Bluetooth and I really love the audiometer that shows speed digitally.
This was our first experience working with Patriot. Started working with Bob Johnson to possibly purchase a Traverse but then decided to replace our 2008 Tahoe with a new Tahoe. Despite all the searching Bob did for us, we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. So through Bob we ordered a 2018 Tahoe. From start to finish (got the Tahoe yesterday!!!), we worked with Bob for a long time and he was always kind, patient and helpful. Whether we stopped in, called or emailed (and we did all three), he always found time for us and was very responsive. We met other great people at Patriot and the dealership was always immaculate. Great experience, great salesman and we are thrilled with our new Tahoe. We now look forward to trying their service department.
