2016? Check underneath for rust and leaks. Lots of rust for 2-3year old truck. Plus one of the rear gadgets has a leak. The LS infotainment system does not accommodate Android phones unless you pay for OnStar. This mean no navy unless you pay $60 a month. I'm not happy with my Equinox nor Chevy in general.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Love the Technology of the Flex, App and Onstar!

I really love and feel spoiled by the technology available on this vehicle, I loved the money I saved by having the Flex Fuel option to save money by filling my gas tank with E85, love the convenience of the Onstar app on my phone. I was always able to start my vehicle in the winter from any distance with the app and then the Onstar service in the vehicle to get directions easily by either typing in my destination on the app on my phone or by speaking to a rep in the car!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Came in to buy a car. Worked with Tristan and Mike.. seriously nice guys! Made the buying process enjoyable and fun! Then we left and realized hours later we left our garage door opener in our trade in. I emailed Mike to let him know I would swing by .. within minutes he replied that he had it and to drop in when I could. When I finally made it in neither Mike nor Tristan were there but another staff member knew exactly where it was etc. Talk about communication!! Great service and great guys! Oh and we love our new car!

The car drives great and has lots of safety features. Gets good gas mileage. It has plenty of leg room. It has Bluetooth and I really love the audiometer that shows speed digitally.
Needed four new tires. Williams Subaru has an extensive stock of high-quality tires with full descriptions of each online so you can easily make comparisons. Installation and alignment went very smoothly, and I am very pleased with the end result.

I Love it!!It fits me perfectly. The size is perfect for what I wanted. A lot of extras that I've never had before. Looking forward to having this for a long time.
First of all, didn't have any idea that I would be driving off the lot in a brand new 2019 Kia Soul. Mr. James Lawrence service was outstanding!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great deal!! The Hendricks lot itself was stellar!!

Want a impala sooo glad i got the Equinox perfect not to small not to big. Gas milage is above what i expected does great
Worked with Tony Mitchell in sales which was facilitated by Stacy Fredricks in their internet sales group. This was my first new car purchase. Tony was very helpful in walking me through the process and in making sure I had the right truck for me. Only negative was the process was just a bit slow but that was just a result of other customers late in the day when I was wrapping things up. Other than that, very good experience and got the exact truck I was wanting!
This being my first time buying a car, I was a bit unsure of how to approach everything. I was prepared to just go on the lot and look (even though I saw and knew the car I was coming for). Before I could get to the door, I was greeted by Will Martin. He introduced himself and I told him what I was looking for. Without hesitation, he took me inside out the heat to get more info and ask the typical questions. From the very beginning of this process to the end, Will was real, honest, and upfront about the entire process. When it was time to sign the paperwork, he thoroughly explained each document I was required to sign and answered any and every question I had. Because of his service and professionalism, I never second guessed my decision to come from Charlotte to Rock Hill to make this purchase! I was in and out in about two hours (contrary to the experiences I've heard). And while I don't necessarily have to come back to Rock Hill for service, I may come by every now and then because of Will's friendliness, professionalism, and honesty! I'd definitely recommend them for your next purchase!
