My experience was top notch right from the beginning. To having Amanda watch the 2 vehicles I was interested in while I was on vacation to Mike whomade the test drives and buying pain free to Ethanin finance. Just a great experience.
Happy with how the overall process went for my used vehicle. Steve Voultor helped out with everything needed to purchase my vehicle. This is the third vehicle within the past year my family has purchased from David's and we are all happy so far.
I just leased another vehicle from Steve Palmeri at David Chevrolet and I was happy with the customer service and very happy with my new truck. Steve is always checking to see if I need anything during the lease and one of the reasons I keep going back.
I was not happy with my dealings with Paddock. I went in to look at a specific car, was contacted to verify that morning if I was still coming in, and when I got there was told the car was already sold. I should have been contacted regarding this!
I have purchased cars from other BIG name dealerships in the past but have never been treated with the kindness and friendly service that we received from Paddock's Chevrolet. They bent over backwards to make sure we were completely satisfied.
I dealt with Joe Maloney. Excellant quality service and a genuine desire to squire my business. I was coming off surgery and was unable to get into the dealership. We handled 95% via email. When I was able to drive we completed the process in 2 days. I am now driving my new Malibu and thanks to Joe could not be happier.

I contacted WH regarding a used vehicle I saw on Cars.com. They followed up (several times) with calls and offered to bring the vehicle to dealership closer to me. I haven’t received confirmation of this but when I get it, I will be impressed and grateful regardless if I buy a vehicle from them! They are persistent but impressive.

Having been a long time customer to the Cappellino dealership I can highly recommend this dealership to anyone. The entire staff is attentive from sales, service and collision. The service representatives fully explain any repair and keep an up-to-date service record to insure any recalls are completed.
Disappointed in Service agent who denied me help or instruction on how to reinstall the bed cover on my GMC truck. He said there would be a $55 charge, despite the fact that I purchased the truck from the dealership and that I never received instruction on the cover.
This was 10 minute job to do myself, Unfriendly policy and implementation.
My Salesman Larry Young, was very good. He understood right away what I wanted for a trade in and what I wanted in a new vehicle.
The deal has gone smoothly so far, just waiting for my vehicle to come in.
After looking at Westherr and a few others, I went to Cappellino to look at a truck. The salesman Mike, was very pleasent to work with from start to finish. His customer service was what brought me back in to drive the truck again and to purchase. Not once did he push a sale on me, and I feel that’s very important.
I am very happy with my buying experience at Cappellino. Everyone was very polite. They all went above and beyond to help me buy my vehicle. David Spillman made the buying process smooth and stress free. Well worth the drive from Jamestown. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them and also recommend them to friends.
