She was very friendly , answered all my questions and helped us with every aspect of our new car from buying, to setting up phone link and showing all the options it came with thoroughly ! We are repeat customers and this time around was way better and less stressful than the 1st time. Adriana Carlos also was wonderful and made us feel like family..he was very nice and easy to talk to and did everything for finance, to get us a great deal on our new car! I found a car listed on cars.com and it was over an hour from my home. The salesman worked with me to arrange a test drive when I was in town and worked with me over phone and text to gather information for paperwork when I decided to purchase. The process was quick, they had the car and paperwork ready for me when I arrived.

Found the perfect car on Cars.com and contacted Hubbard. I had a response very quickly. I did have a few questions and sent them to the man who had contacted me. However, after several hours with no response, I contacted salesman John Gustin directly and he immediately found the answers to every question. He has followed up with me after the sale and I am very satisfied with him. My only concern is that the dealership apparently doesn't clear the memory of their used vehicles, they let the new buyer do that. In this day and age, if you don't erase all the data you've input into a car, you're asking for big trouble. But some people may not think about it when they trade in their car. A new buyer could get your home address from the GPS, your phone and contacts from the phone memory, etc. etc. Dealers should make it a practice to wipe the memory of any car they take in before they offer it for sale.
