I picked the car on the internet, and completed the financing too. The whole process took 24 hours! Amazing customer service! Beautiful dealership too. My wife and I flew from Spokane WA to Chicago, then took a pleasant one hour bus ride to Rockford, where Brian picked us up. The car is everything I had imagined, and then some!. I would give this dealership more than five stars!

The car drives great and has lots of safety features. Gets good gas mileage. It has plenty of leg room. It has Bluetooth and I really love the audiometer that shows speed digitally.
There's no dealer I would take my Terrain for service other than Harvard Chevy. They are simply the best overall service and dealer I've ever found.

I did not buy with all of the bells & whistles but the reliability and and comfort is what I was looking for. It is nice & adequate for my needs and comfort of my 2-grand daughters.

Not what I expected

2016? Check underneath for rust and leaks. Lots of rust for 2-3year old truck. Plus one of the rear gadgets has a leak. The LS infotainment system does not accommodate Android phones unless you pay for OnStar. This mean no navy unless you pay $60 a month. I'm not happy with my Equinox nor Chevy in general.
Recently I was told by a body man that my tahoe of three years old was rusting in a few spots, so I contacted Josh at Sawicki and we talked. I stopped by one Wednesday and he was gone and I had my mom with me and she is elderly so it was hard for me to wait for him with my mom being in the car. When I got home I called him and explained to him that I wanted to meet with him but my mom was in the car and we couldn't wait for his return from lunch. Josh said no problem that he would drive out to my house, wonderful he came out we talked about it and I explained to him that all the Tahoe's I have seen lately including mine were rusting in these spots. He said he would see what he could do and that he would contact me. the next day he called me and said he was still working on it and he would contact me. I was very impressed at this time due to him coming out to my house and communicating with me on the phone. A week went by and I heard nothing so I called him and he stated he hadn't heard anything. My husband and I both had the day off one Friday and we stopped by to talk to him explaining that these Tahoe's are rusting and I thing GM should stand by this, these are not cheap vehicles. Josh listened and again said he would keep this in mind. My complaint here is I never did here back from JOsh if they were not going to do it he could have at least given me a courtesy call, I actually had to call him again. I was disappointed that the paint job wasn't going to be done and that Josh didn't seem to call about at least calling me back. I guess since sawicki didn't get my paint business they didn't care anymore. However I use them for a lot of other things.

I own one and they are awesome, the comfort and room in the vehicle is a great need for any sized family. Great for vacations as you can put all your bags and luggage inside
I needed an oil change bad but could not wait. I cant beleive they gave me a loner vehicle and even came and picked it up after it was done at my work. I have even had work done in the past that was more major and they did great. Never an issue.
Love the Technology of the Flex, App and Onstar!

I really love and feel spoiled by the technology available on this vehicle, I loved the money I saved by having the Flex Fuel option to save money by filling my gas tank with E85, love the convenience of the Onstar app on my phone. I was always able to start my vehicle in the winter from any distance with the app and then the Onstar service in the vehicle to get directions easily by either typing in my destination on the app on my phone or by speaking to a rep in the car!
Called, made an appointment to have vehicle checked. Dropped vehicle off. Received a call detailing the issues that needed addressed, seemed very sincere & honest. Repairs performed in a very timely manner, extremely satisfied!! Thank you!!
I purchased my 2008 Equinox there in 2013 and have a good rapport with you-I always have my car serviced there and your staff is always pleasant, you wash my car before I pick it up after the work is completed, and I greatly appreciate that. I always have a good experience and I always ask for the $3.00 coupon you offer if I don't get 1 in mail/email, and you have had the courtesy to honor it, but this time, with my recent oil change on March 14, your Service Department wouldn't honor that $3.00 off. It may not seem like much, but to me it is...that was a bit frustrating and disappointing to me.
