Clean facility friendly people setting up the test drive was easy.
I dislike not being able to negotiate, as their price was very high for the vehicle and their idea of a "very good" interest rate on a 2016 car was 5% (I've been quoted at 2% for same vehicle) was amusing.
If people don't like to negotiate and don't want to shop around this is a very nice place to buy a car, similar to comparing iPhones (CarMax) to Android (every other dealer).
This was my first experience buying from Goben and Krystal was wonderful!! She took excellent care of us and even ordered some new tires, since the vehicle was brand new to the lot the day I purchased it. I've never bought an SUV before but I'm so grateful I did. It's perfectly safe and comfortable with fun features for me and my family. Would not hesitate to recommend Krystal and Goben East to anyone else!
We have bought many cars and trucks over the years but this was by far the best buying experience that we have ever had. Working with Jeff was such a pleasure. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the many cars that we looked at and helped us with the process of picking out the best vehicle for our family.
This was my first time buying a car, so naturally, I had many questions. Michael and the whole staff was pleasant and patient with me, and made me feel totally comfortable with such a big decision. They even had the car that I wanted transferred to Madison from the Milwaukee location so that I didn???t have to make the trip myself. I would absolutely go back for a future purchase!
A little disappointed that the car I was looking at online for wasn’t what was on the lot. I searched for sunroof and The Malibu came up along with backup camera. Well when we got there to look at the car it had NONE of those options and it was listed with the same price and car #. Makes me a little upset as it was a waste of my time
I had a few repairs like anyone would. I'm a guy who has to be dependent on others(Parents) to make sure I have a safe vehicle to get to all my appointments. They were very kind to me, so kind in fact that they took off work hours without even telling us. They didn't want any credit for time spent, I was surprised and happy. Not only did they do a remarkable job fixing my car, but also kind without needing any thanks. I'm very happy they save my Dad some money as I have a rare disease that has no cure or even understand why it happens. They have had to endure stress no parent should face. I'm happy that they are just plain good. Thanks. Mark, Matt, and Jerry are guys I would call my friend.!
I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.
Brian did a great job for us. He listened to what we wanted and found us a great car. He went above and beyond to check out all the available rebates we qualified for to get us a great deal. Definitely impressed and satisfied!
