2016? Check underneath for rust and leaks. Lots of rust for 2-3year old truck. Plus one of the rear gadgets has a leak. The LS infotainment system does not accommodate Android phones unless you pay for OnStar. This mean no navy unless you pay $60 a month. I'm not happy with my Equinox nor Chevy in general.
Overall it was a good experience since we came to look at one specific car and was able to purchase it. The process took longer than expected since it was over 2 hours and most of the time was waiting for finance.
The Sales team was able to answer all questions and provide support where needed.
Great SUV! Comfortable & Great mileage!

Vehicle handles well & comfort & quiet but we can haul some medium size furniture if necessary! Very good gas mileage as well as time between oil changes with the new technology.
Very professional service. Highly recommend Shuttle service was prompt and driver friendly

I really love and feel spoiled by the technology available on this vehicle, I loved the money I saved by having the Flex Fuel option to save money by filling my gas tank with E85, love the convenience of the Onstar app on my phone. I was always able to start my vehicle in the winter from any distance with the app and then the Onstar service in the vehicle to get directions easily by either typing in my destination on the app on my phone or by speaking to a rep in the car!
Established a great price via email; drove 130 miles to the dealer to pick the car up; everything was above board and they gave me the quoted price without a hassle. I was in and out of the dealership in about 1hr.
Easily the best new car buying experience my wife and I have had in our lives (we've purchased 3 other cars from other dealers). Goshen will be my 'go to' dealership going forward. I cannot say enough good about these guys.

This is A very reliable car , good on gas and confortable to drive .
The space between on the rear seats have enough room to stretch your legs .
Overall the best car I ever had so far
Dropped of my vehicle for service and a particular suv caught my attention very friendly sales people with a no pressure approach highly recommend saures and there staff i woiluld buy another vehicle in the near future from them again

The car drives great and has lots of safety features. Gets good gas mileage. It has plenty of leg room. It has Bluetooth and I really love the audiometer that shows speed digitally.
My car buying situation was different that any other time, Gary and Matt were great and extreme professional and cared about my Wife and my purchase of our new Jeep. They looked at many different cars with us and helped us choose the best option for us. I will come back to buy my next vehicle from these guy and will recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you again guys for all the help!
Great job to all involved! We were able to drop our car off the night before, and by 7:55 a.m. the next day, I was contacted with the answer to our problem and a corresponding clear solution. Gates was able to complete all necessary work before the end of the same day! This was not the first time we have taken our car to Gates for diagnostics and solutions, nor was it the firs time that the service team at Gates has provided great service. We will be back!
Chris who helped us was knowledgeable and helped us. Andy was terrific and explained things to us. DISAPPOINTED in the fact we were promised Ziebart and told they would call us with an appointment to bring the vehicle in when we purchased the vehicle on the 22nd but have heard nothing yet from Chris. We were also promised car washes but never received the coupons for it. We had a minor problem when we first bought the Escape so it stayed overnight to get a new battery put in it, but we had to call to find out when we could get our vehicle.
