I found this vehicle I purchased at cars.com. We did almost everything over the phone. We had a little problem with the financing since this was an out of state purchase but the finance manager did a great job in contacting the necessary individuals to insure the proper entities were on board. The salesman had everything ready which was great since this was a 4 hour drive. One of the best car buying experiences. I was impressed they were aware of KY titling and registration requirements.
They worked hard to keep my business, and succeeded. It was a fairly pleasant experience, except it always takes longer than expected - but I think that is just part of it. Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said ???it???s not my car??? in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn???t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it!
First time buying a car with very little to no credit. Jose was able to help us throughout this process and answered all of our questions no matter how many times we asked. We had a budget and he maid it happened. We just had a great first time experience!
Doug was a great salesman. He did not try to over sell the car I was interested in. He answered all my questions . when I made an offer, he took it to the manager and we came to an agreement. The whole deal was very quick with no issues. The car is what I expected. I would recommend this salesperson to anyone I knew was looking for a good used car.

Feldman Chevy dealership is honestly one of the best dealerships in Michigan. The atmosphere isn't about pressuring people to buy a vehicle as soon as you walk in. I have purchased two vehicles from the dealership as well as have maintenance done. The employees their are all helpful and friendly. Brian W. was my salesman and let's just say he is better than awesome, he's wonderful and beyond. He was so understanding of me and my indecisiveness. He always went above and beyond to help my fiancee and I to understand our concerns and fears. At the end of the day we just wanted a good deal and that's what we left with. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone as well as Feldman Chevy dealership too. I am happy and grateful with my new vehicle.
Absolutely amazing experience! Bill Kief is amazing, and would recommend to anyone. Everyone else in the dealership were great too, they stayed late to make sure I was satisfied with everything as well!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Ended up not buying the car, but only because my son didn't like the color.
Pleased with seller that let us go test drive on highway and offered us to have car inspected at our mechanic.

My service rep as well as the service manager went above and beyond to help me out. They know I have had a serious of problems with the vehicle between tire/rim issues, headlights, and computer/electric issues so when 8 month old tires all needed replaced as well as a cracked rim AND the rear shocks/pump they did everything they could to minimize the cost. They recommends tires with a large tread life warranty that at least will be replaced if they run out in 15-20,000 miles like these did which is ridiculous considering nearly all of it is expressway driving in light traffic. I will never buy any tires made by Goodyear again. They also did the service in steps and prevented me from getting recommended work that was not mandatory at the time, not the usual dealership way which was refreshing.
Long story short, the Genesis service team did enough for me to rethink my stance on never buying a Cadillac again. Although they cannot prevent the quality issues or control the cost so odds are I will sell this one in the next 10-13’days and switch back to Ford/Lincoln since I had twice as many miles on those cars and never had half this many issues
I bought my first independently owned vehicle at this dealership. I was impacted positively by how helpful the staff was. I'm also satisfied with the vehicle I had purchased. It runs well and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great price on a second hand vehicle.
