I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

The sales rep spoke with me at length about my own needs for my next car and showed me a number of different cars on the lot. He did not make me feel pressured to buy, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the car before I bought it. If I still live in this area next time I need a car I will be returning.
We have previously purchased our other vehicles elsewhere. We had a Ford Fusion that had two different recalls on it and we took it to Pudmann for service. Their service department was excellent and because of that we went to purchase a new vehicle through them. We have never had as positive of an experience as we have with Pudmann Ford. Our salesperson, Elliot was fantastic. The finance man Bill, excellent too. They made the experience so smooth and easy. Every interaction we have had with anyone at this dealership has been great! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend them seeing Elliot. You will be pleased.
We were shopping around for an Acadia and by chance ended up here. We worked with Jeff Lenz who was AMAZING! We had a 1yr old with us and he went above and beyond to help entertain our little guy during the couple hours we were up there. In the beginning everything was going well and I had a great feeling for these guys. However, everything changed when I didn’t want to vehicle that they wanted to sell me. I went to trade in my car and get a newer model of the same care just with a few more options. The sales person brings me a write up with 4500,00 down and 506.00 per month. I counter offer with 2000.00 down and the sales person stated they would get back to me in the morning. The next morning came and I didn’t receive a call from anyone; 12:00 noon I called to speak with my sales person who stated he didn’t know what was the deal because he was not in the off the day I test drove the car. He then requested time to look over the application and stated that now I would need 12,000 to 14,000 down in order to do the deal. Needless to say the car was only worth 18,995.00 so I have no idea of where that math came from. However, if you going to shop here good luck because you will definitely need it.
