From the initial meeting with the service attendant, Samuel Weisman, on Saturday, December 1, my maintenance service was a pleasant and informative experience. Mr. Weisman was careful to explain everything that was going to be done to keep my Kia Soul in compliance with my warranty and also exactly what each phase of the work would cost. He carefully answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful in trying to explain everything I asked about. The shuttle driver was quick to respond and was courteous and polite as well as being a very careful driver on a rainy, messy afternoon. I appreciate having a service department that I can trust not to do unnecessary work and one that is diligent in maintaining my vehicle in peak driving condition. Many thanks.
I think Auto Wholesale is a smart business model for selling cars. First of all , the owner finds top notch cars and prices them reasonably. There is no sales pressure at all. As a matter of fact , I got to the showroom late in the day and wasn???t intending on buying. After I test drone the car I decided I did want it, but didn???t have my checkbook. The salesman let me take the car home and I returned to pay him the next day. Talk about hassle free service. And I purchased an extended warranty for 2/3 less than what a big dealership in town was going to sell me. I???m very pleased with Auto Wholesale and will be recommending it to anyone I know who needs to purchase a car. Cannot comment on quality of work as have not had to have any work done on my new vehicle.

This was, without a doubt the most positive car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I came to Bob King to look at a Buick Cascada. I was in the market for a new car and I wanted a convertible. I had my eye on a used Cascada in Sanford NC but wanted my husband to see a Cascada before I bought it. We came into the show room and Mr. Carrol met us at the door, introduced himself and let us look at the cars you had on the lot. We drove one and loved it and we were going to buy the one in Sanford but when Mr. Carrol started talking numbers Sanford went out the window and I bought a buick from Bob King. I had pre arranged financing and your finance manager beat my credit union inside out and the deal he presented was fantastic. Your service people were awesome, your salesman was awesome, and your finance guy was awesome. They took care of everything and it was so easy. I was received quickly and in a courteous manner by the Service Advisor. I shared my issue with her and she asked questions and made notes to forward to the mechanics. I was very pleased with her attention to details. She arranged for the Jeff Gordon Courtesy Car to take me home while my Silverado was being serviced
I was met by my personal agent, discussed what was going to be done, and then was escorted to the waiting room (which is comfortable and has coffee, pop corn, vending machines, and areas to work with a computer). When the work was completed, my agent escorted me to my car. And everyone there is so friendly!
