Overall Ben found the car my wife wanted at a very good price. The only thing I was disappointed in was when taking delivery I found a small chip in the paint on the front bumper, no gas in car, and it was not detailed very well. I would have expected a show room quality car at delivery. This was not Bens fault it was his support staff. After they did a so so job of detailing it I would have thought they would have said somiabout the cio in the paint but no I had to find it. They say they are going to take care of it. We will see if they repaint it or just use the touch up paint.
I recently purchased a 2018 Diesel Chevrolet Equinox from Parkway Chevrolet. My salesman, Brandon Sinegal, was excellent in providing me all the information I needed to make the process go smoothly and be a pleasurable experience. The professionalism of this dealership from start to finish was awesome.
Overall service was great. However your loaner car policies need to be reevaluated. They are so not customer friendly, sufficient, or convenient. I struggle to understand how I can notify you 24 hours in advance if my car breaks down umexpectantly.
Our second truck in 2 years from Parkway, new to this year was their slogan 90 minutes or less. I came in with my 2016 1/2 ton LTZ trade in at 7:30pm on Saturday and was in our new 2500 Duramax getting an ice cream cone at Dairy Queen before 9pm. We got fair value for the trade in, an excellent percentage rate, and a amazing deal on the new truck. Would definitely recommend Jeremy (sales) and Spencer (Finance) to anyone looking.
I would recommend Parkway to all my friends. I started my shopping online and Melissa was so helpful and professional, once I got to the dealership she greeted me and made me feel special, even had a name tag on the vehicle with my name! Came in to get an oil change and I couldn’t figure out where the services department was but Fidel barrientos came and helped me find it he was very nice and respectful. The oil change was very fast and efficient.
I bought my first Toyota over here and felt I got the best deal with salesman, Alex Wier. Other Toyota dealers were asking to much. I will buy my next Toyota here. I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
Derek and his team were outstanding. They got my job done(oil change and fluids flushed)in a short time. Derek gave me a ballpark price and he backed the invoice down to match his quote(impressive!).
I will be back to Derek and Mike for my next issue.
By the way, I'm at 253,000 miles.
I had been needing to upgrade my 2014 double cab Silverado to a crew cab so my kids car seats could fit better, and Francisco made it happen with ease! Rodrick and Dennis were both salesman that we're knowledgeable and up to speed on the inventory that was available to match the needs that I needed. Both of them worked with me today for 9 hours at the dealership. I came in looking to make a deal on a used vehicle and walked away with a brand new 2018 Chevy Silverado Texas edition.
