This is my second equinox and I'm in love. The 2018 was quite an upgrade from the already great 2017. The ride is very smooth. I love all of the upgraded features: heated steering wheeling, back and front camera as well as an overhead camera view, heated/a/c seats, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this vehicle.
Frank DiIanni help me find the perfect car for me at a price I can afford. I had been shopping for months to try to get a car I liked and could actually afford. Frank worked with me for a few weeks to get exactly what I needed!

In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
My experience at Sweeney has always been the BEST and that's why I came back. Steve was just so patient and helpful and went out of his way to help me make a great car decision. I would definitely refer friends and family to both Sweeney and to Steve. What an excellent salesperson working for an excellent dealership!! Thank you!!
Worst car I have ever had

A New 2018 have not had it for a year and on Christmas this had me on the side of the road with three children for a hour. It was towed back to the dealership and they say I have oil in the antifreeze tank and the part is back order nation wide. I don’t want it back I want something new . It’s crazy three times in the shop and not over 30,000 miles. Now what Chevy
Initially went to look st a pre owned vehicle. Wound up looking at 4 pre owned vehicles. The sales person Nick Sugar was both patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles as we dragged him from car to car. He didn't get upset pr anxious and never "pushed" a certain vehicle as other dealers that we visited had done Once we got back in the office and discussed numbers we decided to look at a 2019 Equinox. Bottom line we bought a 2919 Equinox and Nick was the most patient and got us both the vehicle and color we wanted at a price we needed. A very positive buying experience.

Vehicle is loaded with technology, such as navigation from cell phone, etc. Safety lane alert, wider view of back up camera. will purchase another in a few years.

Comfortable, with all new console, camera, music, tech and safety options, plenty of room, great visibility, towing capability, stylish interior and exterior, flexible configuration, and good gas mileage
Just bought a used Chevy equinox. Dealer was up front and showed body shop repair bill for car accident while in their possession and on their lot. Did not try to hide it

My husband is 6'5" and I am 5' tall. Buying a vehicle that is comfortable for both of us to drive has been a challenge. And then to add to our problems, my husband has MS and must use a walker. So before we test drive a vehicle we had to fit the walker into the cargo space. Not feasible in most vehicles we tried. The Equinox fit all our needs and we couldn't be happier.
We had an appointment to finish paperwork and pick up our new car at 9:30am. The finance guy was not there to complete the sale when we arrived. Our salesman kept saying he should be here anytime or he's 10 minutes away. Needless to say we did not complete everything until 12:30. Also, during the 3 hours that we were sitting there waiting they never asked for 3 references. Then called us the next week and said they forgot to get them. Needless to say, they held my trade pay off hostage until they got the references. They did not pay off my trade for over a month after I bought my brand new car. Our salesman was nice, but the dealer had bad customer service and did not treat us well.

Excellent small crossover offers great mileage (averaging 29mpg city, and just completed 800-mile holiday trip at 34mpg that included hilly terrain.) Leather seats are a bit stiff, but everyrhing else is great.
This is my fourth new car from Ron at Great Lakes Jefferson. It would be silly for me to explain why. You know why! Go there.

We were rear ended while stopped at a red light by a F450 truck going approximately 45 mph. Although the car will not be driving anywhere as the rear passenger wheel was broken off and rear windows shattered, we walked away! Feeling thankful that GM designed this car to withstand this type of accident.
When your salesman gets on the phone to GM Financial, and convinces them to bump us up a credit tier to get me in the payment range I wanted... That's outstanding service, thank you Aaron for going above and beyond to earn a customer for life.
Friendly small town feel. Sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service department does excellent work and gets the problem fixed - the first time. You won't regret doing business with Ben Bissett Chevrolet.
The staff was friendly and helpful and solved my problem with my keys needing preprogrammed without killing the battery in the process. It was busy today so I waited in the lounge area, but it was clean and comfortable and I had hot chocolate while waiting. I was impressed with the neat and clean restrooms as well.
Salesmen and staff were excellent and very willing to work with us for our purchase. The sales manager was also very accommodating. It made the 100+ mile drive well worth it. While they are a small hometown dealership - I would definately look here again for another vehicle.
