A New 2018 have not had it for a year and on Christmas this had me on the side of the road with three children for a hour. It was towed back to the dealership and they say I have oil in the antifreeze tank and the part is back order nation wide. I don’t want it back I want something new . It’s crazy three times in the shop and not over 30,000 miles. Now what Chevy
Joe G got the brake light installed and it looks great.

The brake light was broken and it had a flat tire the day after I got the new Malibu. Joe Gillaspy got them fixed in quick order. I will be back to him when I need service.
A Wonderful Car to own

In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
the employees were friendly and personable - they were knowledgeable and efficient - I really appreciated that I was not given a "hard sell" - I love our new car!

Excellent small crossover offers great mileage (averaging 29mpg city, and just completed 800-mile holiday trip at 34mpg that included hilly terrain.) Leather seats are a bit stiff, but everyrhing else is great.
Our family began a wonderful relationship with Joe Pulliam and his fine staff in 2001. Since that time we have purchased 6 vehicles, some new, some used. We have always been highly satisfied with maintenance and/or repair process, and the great care of the staff. When we decided a car purchase needed to be made
12-30-16, we went to see Joe Pulliam. If Joe had been on vacation, then the purchase would have waited! That is how much we trust and appreciate Joe and his staff and continue to refer friends.

This is my second equinox and I'm in love. The 2018 was quite an upgrade from the already great 2017. The ride is very smooth. I love all of the upgraded features: heated steering wheeling, back and front camera as well as an overhead camera view, heated/a/c seats, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this vehicle.
I was looking for a good car around 12000.00. The sales people were very good at listening to what I wanted.
Has all the features I wanted!

Comfortable, with all new console, camera, music, tech and safety options, plenty of room, great visibility, towing capability, stylish interior and exterior, flexible configuration, and good gas mileage
I recently had my son's '06 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a recall. It had been garaged for 2 years. The a. c. was not blowing out of vents. I asked if they would check that out after performing recall service.
They said a rat had built a nest in the a c.& they gave me a $1,400 estimate. I was on the phone to service dept & said I would hold off on repairs. When I arrived at dealer to pick up Jeep they then told me the repair on a.c. would be $1100+
I was charged $69 diagnostic fee + $7 for "some screws"
We took the Jeep to a local mechanic who cleaned the rat's nest out ,added freon & charged $145. The a.c. is blowing cold clean air now.
I'd like to know how Studeville came up with the $1100 estimate!
I say "customer beware".
Love our new Equinox.

My husband is 6'5" and I am 5' tall. Buying a vehicle that is comfortable for both of us to drive has been a challenge. And then to add to our problems, my husband has MS and must use a walker. So before we test drive a vehicle we had to fit the walker into the cargo space. Not feasible in most vehicles we tried. The Equinox fit all our needs and we couldn't be happier.
Good job of explaing work done. Answered all my questions a d ordered new key fob for my car. She had car washed and delivered ready to go.

We were rear ended while stopped at a red light by a F450 truck going approximately 45 mph. Although the car will not be driving anywhere as the rear passenger wheel was broken off and rear windows shattered, we walked away! Feeling thankful that GM designed this car to withstand this type of accident.
