Dahlstrom motors offers an experience that is very rarely seen in business today: friendly customer service who remember your name, treat you like family, respect your time, and offer fair prices where negotiating and haggling are unnecessary. The service is so good, that I had one of the service managers stay after close to personally fix something on my car, just because that's how they do things there. I'm not unique, though, as this is how they've treated customers for years, and why in our town with another major Chevrolet dealership, you see more cars with the "Dahlstrom" sticker on the back. I'll only be doing business with Dahlstrom in the future!
Frank is a really nice, very helpful and informative salesman. He took good care of us, answered our questions and was not pushy. (Really like that!) We’ve never been to Rydell before, after this experience and the extra perks you offer we will be back!
I was searching for a car online and found just what I was looking for on the Rydell website. I had never been into the dealership before. I was greeted upon entering the store with a big smile and introduced to Justin Bjarnason. Justin was so helpful, listened to what I wanted, and found the vehicle I was looking for. He explained the Rydell business model based on honesty and respect for the customer, best price sticker price, no commission sales program and I was sold. After we completed the purchase of my car I was so impressed we shopped and purchased a 2nd vehicle for our daughter the same day. Thank You Justin - I will definantly recommend you and we will be back when we need our next vehicle.
We have always stuck with one dealership for the cars we have purchased as well as recommended them to many people. This time was different, they didn't call back for a couple days and it just didn't feel as though they cared. So, we began looking at vehicles on line and calling places to find a vehicle that fit our needs. It seemed as though sales reps didn't care and or never called back. Well, we found several SUV to choose from at Rydells. We made the call and from that point it only got better. We made an appointment, Dave V met us in a very professional way. He asked exactly what we were looking for and narrowed it down.
The first one we drove is the one we purchased, although we did try a few after that but it just brought us back to the one we purchased. I recommend this dealership to everyone, not only for their delicious chocolate chip cookies but they do put their customers first and make you very comfortable at ease and are not pushy at all. We drove about an hour and a half and will never go anywhere else.
Don't waste your time, like we did making calls, being on internet or searching the papers, call or drive over to Rydell and ask for Dave V. I guarantee you will be ecstatic you did.
We got a full interior and exterior detail and were extremely pleased with the results. The appointment was easy to schedule. It was easy to drop off the car in the morning and to pick it up in the afternoon. Paul did an amazing job and make our black car look brand new even with a fresh snow fall!
I just purchased a new vehicle from Rydells And had the best experience. Our happy experience was made possible because of our wonderful salesman Jeff TARR. He was very knowledgeable about every vehicle we test drove, and there were many! But most importantly he listened carefully to our wants and needs. This was extremely helpful as we tried out so many vehicles before finding just the perfect one! This can be a fun but daunting experience because of all the options to consider for each vehicle we were considering! Because of Jeff’s efforts we were able to find exactly the vehicle we were looking for! He really went above and beyond even after making the purchase! Rydells is truly a dealership that cares about their customers and that is evidenced through their trained staff.
Frank was our salesman. He was polite, patient and very helpful. We ended up purchasing a new 2018 Silverado. Great dealership where you know you are getting the best deal. Good selection of vehicles. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I was having trouble with my car starting, my service consultant, Ned Euliss was very pleasant, helpful and considerate. I thought it was maybe my alternator, which would be covered under the warranty. It turned out to be the battery. Ned was kind to check and was able to give me a courtesy service. I can't tell you how much it was appreciated as I am a senior and have recently switched employment. I do not hesitate to tell others of the service department at Rydell. They are helpful and efficient.
