Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
I have had a few issues with my car. I will most likely never purchase another Buick but the service team is great! My advisor goes above and beyond to assist in getting my car repaired. Thank you Mark for your customer service.
I found a used work van at this dealership and I’m very happy with the whole process of buying from this dealership. I called and they sent me the application via email. (I live in Dallas) I was approved then I put a disposit on the van. I did not haggle on the price since it was truly a good deal to begin with. Once I got to there dealership I test drive and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and courteous. Professional and not pushy. They offered all the packages that I could purchase but it was not pushed on me. By far the easiest and most smooth car buying experience I’ve had at any dealership. Would recommend them to anyone and drive from Dallas if I found another vehicle they had I would want to buy. 5 stars for these guys and two thumbs up.
Some people say 1 happy customer will tell 5 people about the experience and 1 unhappy person will tell 50 people; I am here to tell my 5 people about my happy service department visit at CAPITAL CHEVROLET???S GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I took my Chevrolet Truck in for check engine light and alignment. My Service Advisor Jake Buckley phoned me 3 times just like he said he would to keep me advised about progress of the repairs. I know that most people???s service trips are a nightmare but this was an extremely well managed operation by CAPITAL CHEVROLET???S service team. Especially great job by Jake Buckley!! Please if you need service on your Chevrolet in the Austin Texas area go to Capital Chevrolet and ask for Jake Buckley! very satisfied customer!
I called to see what I needed to do to apply through the Credit Recovery Program. I had been in an accident 2 weeks before and my car was at a total loss. The other guy was at fault and his insurance was taking their dear sweet time! Roxanne answered and oth excellent customer service explained it to me and sent me the link to apply. Then soon after I received a call from Eddy Espinoza sales consultant. They were able to get me in a brand new 2018 Chevy Cruz. I went in on Wednesday after that to sign paperwork and get my car! The manager Mark Rios introduce himself to me an sai they were waiting for all paperwork from the bank and were doing everything to he me in this vehicle! Eddy Vasquez the finance consultant printed out an went over all the paperwork as I signed. Roxanne can out and introduces herself to me and told me congratulations! When we were done and I walked out of Eddy Vasquez??? office they were all standing around waiting and everyone clapped an sai congratulations! It was awesome!!! The whole crew was very professional and so friendly and helpful! I felt so welcomed and comfortable! I will definitely tell my friends and aquaintances about Rush Chevrolet and that they should definitely purchase their vehicles there! Thanks guy and gals for a fantabulous experience!!!!!
