In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
This is a very fine facility with friendly people.

Excellent small crossover offers great mileage (averaging 29mpg city, and just completed 800-mile holiday trip at 34mpg that included hilly terrain.) Leather seats are a bit stiff, but everyrhing else is great.
Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.

This is my second equinox and I'm in love. The 2018 was quite an upgrade from the already great 2017. The ride is very smooth. I love all of the upgraded features: heated steering wheeling, back and front camera as well as an overhead camera view, heated/a/c seats, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this vehicle.
This was the first dealership I've ever visited to purchase a new car for myself. I had a great experience there, and enjoyed interacting with everyone there. My first experience purchasing a car exceeded my expectations!

Great gas mileage, love the space, couldn’t ask for more out of a car, the technology is great love the apple car play and the App that lets me open my car from my phone.
Don and Lisa were so amazing! They did everything they could to get us into a car! We highly recommend Don Franklin Mitsubishi!!

Comfortable, with all new console, camera, music, tech and safety options, plenty of room, great visibility, towing capability, stylish interior and exterior, flexible configuration, and good gas mileage
A New 2018 have not had it for a year and on Christmas this had me on the side of the road with three children for a hour. It was towed back to the dealership and they say I have oil in the antifreeze tank and the part is back order nation wide. I don’t want it back I want something new . It’s crazy three times in the shop and not over 30,000 miles. Now what Chevy
Took my Jeep in for a oil change & recall repair, was there ALL day, car hasn’t drove the same since, v8 drives like a 4 or 6 (Jeep was driving fine when I arrive for this appointment), didn’t bother to fill the windshield fluid. Turn around went back to in form them of my complaint blame it on brakes — bs❗️I will be going somewhere else for future repairs, oil changes & recalls AND Future PURCHASES or Trade-ins—-never again❗️❗️

We were rear ended while stopped at a red light by a F450 truck going approximately 45 mph. Although the car will not be driving anywhere as the rear passenger wheel was broken off and rear windows shattered, we walked away! Feeling thankful that GM designed this car to withstand this type of accident.
Our salesman Thomas was thorough and very helpful. The staff was amazing and worked hard to meet our needs. We will definitely buy more cars here!
Love our new Equinox.

My husband is 6'5" and I am 5' tall. Buying a vehicle that is comfortable for both of us to drive has been a challenge. And then to add to our problems, my husband has MS and must use a walker. So before we test drive a vehicle we had to fit the walker into the cargo space. Not feasible in most vehicles we tried. The Equinox fit all our needs and we couldn't be happier.
The salesman made the buying process very easy when I purchased a used vehicle. All of the employees were very friendly and congratulated me on the purchase of a vehicle. I drove nearly three hours to make a purchase because they had the vehicle I wanted and I'm glad I did. I would shop with Adam's again given the opportunity.
After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.
We were so happy after the first time dealing with Don Franklin and our salesman Darryl Bond it was an easy decision where to go 2 more times! We got great deals with no stress or pressure, Darryl Bond worked hard and found us exactly what we wanted and got us a really good deal. I have and will continue to send people there including my parents! This IS the place to go! #007

I rate the delearshop a 5 mostly because of the sales representative Ashton Thornberry he was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and also the dealership ha a very good selection of the trucks I was interested in.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
