Salesperson was reliable and returned calls. He helped with setup. The buying process and meeting with the closer took a few hours. She pulled out all the stops to get me to buy the extended warranty and paint protection. I declined, then suddently everything was half price, then I declined again and got a bit deeper discount. This is frustrating and I'd prefer to be quoted a fari price with 20% markup rather than offered something for 300% cost theny get it for a decent price only because I bargained and would not get ripped off.
Service department folks were nice. The waiting area is no frills, very different from the BMW dealership, but that's ok.
I came in thinking I knew what I wanted... I didn't. That's okay though because Cody Taylor was a delight & HE knew! After expressing what I wanted in a car, he pulled up a beautiful car that exceeded my expectations, made it work for me, and I drove away in it later that day. No matter how much of a pain I was, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, & even offered to help me transfer my items! GREAT experience. If you need a car, talk to Cody, he's your guy! I LOVE my car!!
On Labor Day weekend 2018 we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle. On Saturday we drove to our favorite dealer "Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan" in Puyallup Washington and checked in with our favorite sales guy "Boot" we told him what we were looking for. It is our second car we needed to replace so we were looking for a used SUV. Boot hooked us up with a 2010 Nissan Armada, LOVE IT! It took about 2 hours total to drive in, test drive, go through financing and get the vehicle. We were off and on our camping trip the next day. Thanks Boot... We have seen him now in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for our automotive needs. Thanks Boot!
I have bought a few cars in my life and I always end up spending the day at the dealer. Yesterday was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had an appointment with Michael Cady at 11:45. We ended up getting there almost an hour early and he was ready to help. The car was in great condition except for a couple deep scratches and dents on the back bumper. Michael and his boss explained to me that they would fix it at no cost. The price on the vehicle was amazing to start and the price they offered for my car was great also. My husband and I were out of the dealership in 3 hours. Michael Cady made this car buying experience one of a kind. I would highly recommend Jet Chevrolet to anyone wanting a new or used car.
This was the first time I had been to Auburn Chevrolet. I brought my Chevy Spark in for an oil change and tire pressure. I found the door to the Service area but the garage door did not open so I left my car just outside of the doors and went in to the service desk, I was greeted and I told them what I wanted and she told me it would be about an hour wait to be completed. She then went and moved my car to the other door and brought it inside. I went to the waiting room and waited until it was almost done when she came in and said the air and cabin filters needed to be changed. I said ok and it was about an half hour and it was done. I paid for the services and left. I do think she could have mentioned to me there was coffee there and vending machines if I was hungry. Overall my experience was things were fine including watching a little girl about 2 years old running all over the place.
Gamblin’s found a car from another dealer that I loved, so Gamblin’s got that car for me because i was set on that certain one! Their customer service is amazing and I always leave there feeling good about my purchase!
Excellent. Would highly recommend this dealership. Family oriented and treats customers as though they are part of the family. Efficient with all the paper work. You don't leave the lot with any unanswered questions.
Purchased an used Toyota Sequoia. Dealership was great to work with. Buying process was great. No pressure sales. Upfront about the financing options and tried to find us the best rate through their lenders. Will do business again.
I strolled into Jet Chevrolet figuring I would just browse and see what was out there. I didn't need a new car but would still like to see what my numbers would be on my dream car, a Chevrolet Camaro. After speaking with Matt for a bit and telling him what I could and couldn't do, he was able to get me into my dream car mere hours after I walked in. Mark was also very helpful and made it feel less like the standard buying procedure you have with other dealerships. Small family owned dealership that treats its customers like extended family. This probably won't be my last car I buy from them either. Thanks Jet!
I never had a more pleasant experience at a car dealership ever, much thanks to Preston foster for being my sales rep and getting me approved and into my 2017 Chevy Malibu, if I know anyone looking for a car I will definitely tell them to go to jet Chevrolet and to see Preston foster.
WOW Best car buying experience EVER!! Michael Cady did a amazing job from start to finish helping us find exactly what we were looking for.
