The only reason I'm writing this is because Cars.com wanted a review for these guys. . . Be careful what you wish for!
Late one Friday night I was searching Cars.com for an older Chrysler 300C. I wanted specifically a Cool Vanilla white one; this dealer had the only listing on Cars.com inside a 50 mile radius at the time. They are a solid 50 miles from my house so there is no way I'm driving that far for a test drive unless I know for sure it is there and available.
Google says they're open until Noon on Saturday so it is important to communicate early so I can make the hour+ drive for this car, thus I used the Cars.com email feature to contact them and requested they call me to schedule a test drive.
You'd think it's a slam dunk, right? They had that car sold to me already, all they had to do was call the number or reply to the email and if we could have reached a fair deal (and the car was in as good shape as depicted) I'd have driven it home that day.
But they didn't call, and they didn't email, so they did not sell me a car.
You guys get 3 stars: Neutral . If you intend to use cars.com to sell cars, you should be responsive when potential customers use their tools.
My husband and I have purchased all of our vehicles and motorcycles at TNT Auto with the exception of one. With more than one location made it easy. If they didn't have what we wanted, they would find it. Everyone that works at TNT are pleasant and down to earth. They do everything to work with you to find that vehicle and very helpful when it comes to financing and making sure vehicles do not leave the lot with any major issues. Safety is a big part of their business. When it comes to trade-ins, they are very fair. All the dealers have a wonderful personality and make you feel comfortable, not to mention they are up front and don't hide anything. Honesty with this dealership has always been great and gets us in just to say hello. They make you feel welcome. They do check back and make sure that you are happy with what you bought and if you have any problems. They take that extra step to make you feel good about them. Shane and Larry have wonderful personalities and they are at the Boulevard location in Kokomo. I would suggest that if you are in the market for a car, truck, or motorcycle, to go and talk with anyone at TNT and you will be satisfied. I know we are.
My wife and I were looking for a Silverado 1500 and Hare had the exact one she wanted. Grant did an excellent job from start to finish. My wife and I would definitely do business with Hare Chevy again!
I just purchased my 6th car with Hare Chevy. Hare is always able to make the deal work and get the job done where other dealerships fall short. I am always treated with dignity and respect by the staff. Theo Elston is a very knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. I HIGHLY recommend giving Hare a consideration for your next vehicle purchase!
Got a very nice car for a very nice price. This is my second Camry from Ed Martin Toyota and it probably won't be the last. My salesman, Fred Holmes is a big part of choosing Ed Martin as a dealership. He listens and helps make choosing a car stress free.
Rob worked hard to get my payments where i wanted them to be. All the staff was very friendly. The facility is very clean and they always have the best baked fresh cookies out for their customers while they are waiting .
After feeling like I got the run around from the sales guy there, Scott Harmeyer stepped up and took over and changed my mind and opinion of the dealership. He streamlined the process, and made the experience one that was quick easy and enjoyable. I didn't get the vehicle i wanted but very satisfied with the vehicle i got. Thanks Scott!!
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

Our 5th great car from Off Lease! Damien was wonderful, and helped us navigate the car buying process yet again. When we???re in Florida, we always stop by off lease as the selection, quality and price is unmatched! We call Nashville, TN home much of the year, and there is no way that you could find so many late model premium late model cars and trucks (the truck selection is amazing). It takes a bit of time and research, but loved Damien???s honesty and help in finding the perfect SUV for my daughter. Mike Katz as sales manager is truly the best! Thanks Off Lease!!
