My husband and I recently went shopping for a new vehicle.

home. What a fantastic experience we had. Would go back in a
heartbeat. Walked out with a new vehicle and a great price.

We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
After taking my 2017 GMC Sierra to Pellegrino to fix a vibration a couple months ago, I was disappointed that the technician was not able to feel any vibration. Following my poor review I was almost immediately contacted by John Bartlett (Service Manager) who offered to take a test drive with me so that I would be able to show him the vibration I had while driving at specific speeds. He was able to feel what I felt and quickly fix the problem. I am very happy that John would take the time to address my problem in the manner that he did, and couldn't be any happier with his service department.
Taking the pressure of finding a replacement car for our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee became easier with the Elkins team. After test driving a number various competitors vehicles, the choice to go with the Equinox became easy. Not only was the personnel at Elkins extremely helpful and never made you feel that you were being pressured, they took the time to understand exactly what you were looking for in a car and the amount you were willing to consider spending, to get into a new vehicle. After the test drive, the Equinox became the obvious car of choice and with the help of Lori Simpson and Bob Borman we were able to come to an easy decision. The car fit our every need at the price we wanted to consider. Thanks to both for all their help. But the man of the hour for my wife and I was Michael Fofana, who definitely earned the title of Certified Technical Expert. Not only does he know his stuff, he made sure my wife and I understood all the features that the Equinox had and how to use them. He spent considerable time with us and when he was done, gave us his contact numbers should we need additional help. Elkins Chevrolet clearly demonstrated what customer care is all about, and my wife and I were extremely happy that we chose such a great dealership.
