This is the best dealership I have ever been to. And that's saying a lot. I have owned many vehicles and I have never been treated as well in my life as safford treated me. Words can't describe the quality of people there. They let me know the status of my vehicle whenever I asked immediately, and we're very professional. I will be buying all my vehicles and having any service I need done there from now on.
I had a very good experience with my salesperson, Erik. He was attentive, not pushy, and seemed to have my best interests at heart. I do wish everyone there was as responsive as he was, and answered my questions when I asked them (the finance manager we were using and Erik were off on the same day, and we couldn’t get anyone to return our calls). We did buy a car here, so overall a good experience. On a side note, the service department needs some work, as they are grossly understaffed and made me feel like I should go somewhere else to get our other car serviced.
Lauren Miller was AWESOME as my Salesperson! She genuinely cared about my comfort level & my trust issues. The Sales Mgr., Justin was very knowledgeable and answered all my mechanical technology questions. I put them both through lots of hoops and they never showed anything but patience...I left relaxed and confident in their dealership and content driving my new certified car.
