I walked in to the dealership after have done quite a bit of looking online at vehicles. The salesman Seth and manager Paul, listed to my list of must haves on the car and compared them to the inventory they had and the vehicles I had looked at online. They showed me a vehicle that that met all of my requirements at a price that was more than $9,000 less than I was prepared to spend. They could have easily got me into a much more expensive car but they did the right thing and put me and my family n the perfect car for us at a great price! Paul even found a discount that I qualified for due to where I work. They took a normally unpleasant experience and made it very easy!! Thanks Guys!! Awesome Dealership!!!

While on vacation in Asheville, our truck engine light came on and needed to have deff heater reservoir in tank replaced in order to continue using truck before shutting down. We called two other dealerships and explained that we were traveling from another state and needed immediate service and were told that it was a 30 day waiting period and could not help us. We contacted Asheville Chevrolet and spoke to Jimmy Shelton and told us to come in now. He took us right away and had the part shipped over night. The general sales manager Bobby Roussel and salesman Tony Valentine were very helpful and understanding and put us in a courtesy car for the two days so that we could continue our vacation with very little interruption. I had just gone to another dealership to test run a new car. The difference between the two dealerships was impressive. Jeff met me outside and assured me that I would find my car that day. I told him what was most important to me and he made sure to show me a car that had what I wanted. When I suggested that maybe I might be happier with an Equinox he immediately looked up the price difference. I told him I did not want it in white, within 5 minutes he had a beautiful Pacific Blue Equinox waiting for me outside. I told him the price I was quoted at the other dealership and he offered me the same price and sealed the deal. I told him I was traumatized from waiting 5 hours to fill all the paperwork when purchasing my previous car. He had me on the road in my new car in 2 hours. Great job Jeff!

Such great customer service! We stopped at Asheville Chevy while on vacation. We were just looking but Eric Standford was so knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted and gave us such a good deal we bought a new truck. When the time comes for another vehicle we will definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful experience today at Boyd. Chris was amazing, personable and kind! I went in for a test drive about 130pm. I had no intentions of purchasing a car today but I did. Chris was very informative through the whole process. I was home before 5pm with my car. He even helped me transfer all my belongings to the new car in below freezing weather.
I'm so glad that I met Les Boyd after he and his business generously supported our local Boys & Girls Club golf event. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his team. They went out of their way to get exactly what we were looking for. Ed Murdoch even delivered our new car and did all of the paperwork at our location.
