I just got my tires serviced at Lewiston Auto and 3 weeks later I had the same issue with my tires again. I had to have my car serviced at a different Chevrolet dealership because I attend school in a different city, and Lewiston Auto was very willing to work with them and even paid for my car to be serviced and fixed. Thank you Lewiston Auto especially Jeff for being so generous to pay for my tire to be fixed and taking care of everything. You have some really great people working there.
I purchased a new vehicle and it was the simplest and most straight forward buying experience I’ve ever had. I felt very good about the price and negotiations were very simple, short and pleasant. I drove from Austin and I Highly recommend this dealer. It’s worth the trip.
I would not get my vehicle serviced elsewhere. Lewiston has been doing our work for over 12 years at least. The Service Manager is well versed and makes sure that customers problems are addressed and fixed, while other chevy dealerships could not find a problem. Thank you Rich and Heather Zastrow
My car seized up 55 miles from my home and 70 miles from my dealership. Since I purchased my Malibu from them, I had all maintenance done by them, regularly. I only wanted them to deal with this issue, whatever it was. I checked my towing insurance, called the dealership, and they got the car, hauling a loaner for me to use. After learning my timing chain was the issue - a rare one at that - they said it would run $1400 for repair, but they would see what they could do. After my warranty (which I was not sure I still had), my cost was only $400. I was so pleased with how they handled all of the problem!
We just had our first experience with you buying a 2015 Silverado pickup. Now we understand why you are such a successful company. So impressed with the time the President ( Lyle ) took with us, going over all the important information we should know about the truck. We will make sure to let all family and friends know where they should go for their next purchase.
Nate was great to work with. He was very informative and did not pressure us at all. We got a good trade in price for my Mazda. I will miss it but I am definitely going to love all the extras the Murano has. Thanks to Cameron and John as well.
We test drove the Dodge Durango 2017, I told Nate what I wanted, and that we wanted to stay within a price payment we are comfortable with. It was worth it. Nate was patience with us and let us try different cars until I knew what I wanted. Jennifer was so nice and went through all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Explained about the options.
