Just had to take time to rave about the service we have had at Shepherds. We have had routine service, warranty work and now estimates and body work done to our 2014 Chevy truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel like a customer instead of a problem. And their facilities while you are waiting are awesome. So thankful for such a great dealership so close to home.
Shepherd's is not only a great place to buy a vehicle. They also have an outstanding service department. There is definitely something valuable to buying from a locally family owned business. It's right here in our community and their generosity is impeccable!
This is our second vehicle purchase from McCormick. Tom goes out of his way to ensure you're happy with your purchase. With both vehicles we took up to three weeks to research everything before putting any money down. At no time were we ever pressured to buy it immediately. Tom stayed in contact for any questions we had and made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly, even if it meant having the service department look it over. While we only dealt with Tom directly for the purchase, we did also chat with other staff including the two owners and they were all incredibly easy to talk to. We've found our permanent dealership.
Jacob Ferguson was very helpful answering all our questions about the technology features and helped us through them. Polite and friendly staff including sales manager Jeff Franke ,financial personnel Omar Jimenez, general manager Kasey Shirey and our salesman Jacob.

Shannon was great. He calmed my nerves, set me up with exactly what I needed within my budget. I didnt even realize it until Thanksgiving day but I gained an additional seat in my third row that my previous SUV did not have. Service all the way around was wonderful from the time the service guys intercepted me, until I was driving off in my new car. It was a scary situation I had on the high way with my power steering and rack and pinion going completely out. The service guys calmed me down and entertained my boys. I appreciate all that was done for me. Everyone was great!
I had first looked at their available used inventory online before setting up an appointment with Mike McDonald to discuss what options I was looking to have and then test drove one, and found another vehicle at their sister dealership and we drove a vehicle to swap and the vehicle we retrieved is the one I purchased. I did not feel pressured to purchase any other vehicles but what I wanted to afford.

My experience was pretty good, only thing I would say I didn???t like was the salesman didn???t know anything about the truck I purchased. He said there was no remote start, when I got home I figured out that there was. One thing that did upset me was that there was no floor mats in the vehicle, I feel like if someone is spending $40,000 on a vehicle you guys as the dealer should care enough about your customers to put nice floor mats in for them so they don???t have to spend even more money on the vehicle or risk ruining the floors in the vehicle.
