Salesperson was reliable and returned calls. He helped with setup. The buying process and meeting with the closer took a few hours. She pulled out all the stops to get me to buy the extended warranty and paint protection. I declined, then suddently everything was half price, then I declined again and got a bit deeper discount. This is frustrating and I'd prefer to be quoted a fari price with 20% markup rather than offered something for 300% cost theny get it for a decent price only because I bargained and would not get ripped off.
Service department folks were nice. The waiting area is no frills, very different from the BMW dealership, but that's ok.
My 6th car at Titus Will Parkland for a reason!
Since 1998, I've been extremely satisfied with the Titus Will team in Parkland Chevrolet. I just keep coming back for new cars. Outstanding Sales Department: Gary Carrol and Tracy.

Customer Service is excellent, I was approached by a maintenance technician as I was pulling in to park. Took care of the paperwork and the oil change was completed in a very short time, I believe within an hour (I did not watch the clock).
Larry, our Sales rep and Sandra made this the best purchasing experience my husband has had in 30 years. He was moved by Larry's professionalism and everyone's willingness to help us go home in a new and beautiful Silverado.
We had a check engine light come on on our 2014 Chevy Express Diesel Passenger Van. I took it in to have it checked and found that the DEF Heater was faulty. It was covered by the warranty, so I only had to wait for the part to come in. It took 2 days to have the part shipped in. Being a diesel, I know that parts are not common place. I was informed that it would take about 3 hours to replace the tank, being a homeschool mom, I brought 4 of my children to do their school while we waited. While we waited, the kids each wanted a hot chocolate, but there was only 1 packet for them. I was disappointed in the amount of refreshments available. There was only water and coffee. After only 2 1/2 hours though, I was informed that the repairs were finished. In a matter of minutes, we were out the door and on our way.
I shopped every Chevy/Buick/GMC dealer in the south sound from Kirkland to Mckenna in search of a Chevy Colorado or GMC Canyon. I found several vehicles at different locations that fit my criteria, but didnt quite find the combination of price, financing, and trade allowance that compelled me to make a deal until I shopped at Gilchrist. I found better value and outstanding friendly, courteous, professional customer service working with Dave and Jeff and came away with the exact truck I wanted at the best price available. Funny, Gilchrist is the closest dealership to my house, I could have saved a lot of time had I visited there first. Satisfied that I found the best deal for me at Gilchrist. love my new truck!!!!
Friendly, very professional staff. Every employee seemed to be glad they were there. A very nice atmosphere. Lots of nice greetings and smiles.
