3-19-18 Sat we went in at 5pm and left at 7pm with Pathfinder with Riley’s Help processing us quickly in and out the door. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my wife’s needs. She sent us to Tom in finance and he was also very helpful moving the sale forward with no problems. My wife said we should have went to Matt Bowers from day one in search of a used Car . Riley should be the one to ask for when needing a new / used Car , thanks All !
Let me start by saying that buying a car is one of the things I dread the most in life but the crew at Matt Bower Chevy Slidell made the whole experience better than any other I can remember. From Kenneth Young, the first salesman I spoke with, to Hunter (sales) to Daniel the sales Director, everyone worked to make the purchase pressure free and even pleasant.
I started off telling Kenneth how I hated the buying and haggling routine that all car dealers seem to put you through. He said he understood completely and would do all he could to keep things stress free and comfortable. He really carried through on that promise despite the fact that it was probably three weeks from our first vist until we finally bought something.
I will admit my wife and I were difficult customers but the entire staff did everything possible to accommodate us and make sure we were unconditionally satisfied with our purchase. I cannot give them a more favorable rating or review. They were AWESOME.

Had oil changes. Lil dent taken out in which the man came to my place of business and was so pleased Daniel and all sales people go out of their way to accomadate a client .Tk you Daniel Wild for always being so helpful ¿I'm just a client who loves her Caddy¿
I went in and Tre helped me out the whole time. And when the financing started and was taking a min he takes with me about outside personal stuff. Not you typical sells person. I would recommend anyone to check this place out.

The sales team and service department are customer centered. This dealership does not behave in high pressure manner which I truly appreciate. They listen to your needs and work to find the deal that works for you. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealer.
I bring my Chevy Malibu here for service regularly and to date have never had a problem. My experience is that they do what they say they'll do, every time. If they diagnose issues with my car other than why I brought it in, they'll inform me, but no pressure to perform any repairs other than what I want done then. And they always have the work completed on time.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was taken immediately, and, as usual, the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer 6 years ago. I did not purchase one on this occasion.
The oil change was quick and easy. Everyone was nice and polite
