I really liked the buying experience at Davis Moore Chevrolet. The showroom is spotless, and everyone is friendly. I went online to build my vehicle so I knew which options I wanted and which I didn’t. They found the exact model and brought it to Wichita for my wife to test drive. Wally Awadallah was our sales rep (again this visit) and could not have been more helpful! I am a repeat customer because I like the people and the environment. It’s professional and not a ‘circus’ environment like some of the competition.
This vehicle has a missing out problem from the time of delivery. Has difficulty pulling an empty or loads trailer (5000 lbs) betwe n 50-60 MPH, misses out. Vehicle is in to be rechecked again today, February 26, 2018 and will be picked up on March 1, 2018 to give your service department ample time to resolve the issue.
Very friendly staff, they seem glad to help the customer. I would suggest that when a vehicle is brought in for an oil change, the vehicle is vacuumed out and the windows cleaned like the other oil change places in town. I paid more for the oil change at your place and had less service. I also did not receive my form explaining all the things they checked off in the 23 point inspection they did. The TV in the waiting room was broken and there was no room not he other side where the TV did work.
We had recall work done on our hhr that was purchased at another dealership. Even though the repairs didn't cost us anything out of pocket we were treated respectfully and we will return for future repairs and/or service. The next time we are in the market for a new vehicle Davis Moore will be our first stop. Thank you for a wonderful and speedy experience.
I called and scheduled my appointment then I forgot about it. I called to reschedule and apologize and the man I spoke with was very nice. I rescheduled, took my truck in, everyone was very nice. The work was done quickly, I was called, I picked it up and again everyone was very nice and professional.
My salesman Nate showed us all the features on a new CT6 but they didn’t have the color I wanted. Another salesman overheard me wanting a white one and about 15 mins later pulled up with a 2017 that had everything I wanted . They let me take it overnight and I came back and bought it . Couldn’t be happier.
I brought it in for a tire issue but also because it was nearing the new oil service life and had a small rough idle issue. They listened to my concerns, checked the idle, changed the oil, rotated the tires and quickly notified me via text that it was ready. That’s how service is supposed to work. I wish I had that good of an experience on the sales end.
I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.
I stumbled onto this dealer while I was browsing for a Honda Civic si sedan. I had struck out twice in OKC, I saw this nice red Civic si and thought I’d give it a try. Within the hour, Gary texted me asking me if I was interested in that car. so hats off for taking the time to contacting me back on such short notice. Off to a good start in my book, Gary was well informed on the car since he was the one who got that trade in. These guys prices are phenomenal, there’s no other place I was gonna find another beauty of a car like that with so little miles and so cheap. 10,900.00 for a 2010 civic si with only 75k miles on it is almost unheard of. Needless to say I took the drive out there the second I was free. Though it was a bit of a drive it was well worth it. And even though the page gave me the wrong location for that particular dealer, Gary was willing to stay there and wait for me after hours. As soon as I got there we took it out for a test drive and it was everything I expected. Great team, very professional, very friendly, and very happy with my purchase. You just can’t beat these kind of prices. Gary thanks again brother, I’d recommend my friends to buy from your guys dealer.
This is the fourth car my wife and I have bought from Lubbers. Always a great experience. Let's face it, new cars always cost a certain expected amount. With that said, when I compare my cost to other places, I always find that I got the best deal possible at Lubbers. Couple that to the fun, laid back, yet very professional treatment I get, I've never felt better buying a vehicle. Best possible place to buy a new or used car, in my opinion.
This is the only place I would buy my cars, if they don't have what I am looking for I can wait. Very personable, Great customer service. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Competent staff look into any issues that you may have and polite to boot.
I went to test drive a Honda Ridgeline but the one that was there was older & higher miles. Alex Colvin found me one on Thursday & Tuesday I was driving home with my Ridgeline!!!
