This vehicle is perfect for my family of four; my mother's wheelchair fits perfectly in the trunk, and there's still room for my nine year old daughter, my mother, and my sister. Wheelers Chevy Dealership in Merrill is amazing. The building was clean, easily accessible from the highway. Their waiting room is comfortable and included free assorted beverages and a large screen TV. I was there for approximately 6 hours. Greg and Chad routinely checked on me and let me know the status of the repair. Greg stated they had 2 of the 3 parts required for the repair and took the initiative to send an employee 45 minutes away to get the part from another facility. He assured my husband that if needed he would personally drive me to Wausau to get a rental car to continue on my journey and would not leave me stranded. More importantly both Greg and Chad were kind, courteous and professional. The tech worked quickly to see me on my way. It was very nice to see such outstanding level of service. Both the Service and Tech Teams should be congratulated for their efforts. Big shout out to all of you!

I owned a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 for 23 years. I loved my truck and had no plans to replace it until a catastrophic experience. I am now leasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox from Sapaugh Motors and I am deeply and madly in love with it! It is comfortable, convenient and safe. After the terrible ice/snow storm on 2/16 I feel confident driving it because it did not even slip a tire traveling up my steep driveway. I could not be happier!!

Wheelers stands out as one of the most helpful businesses that I have ever dealt with. I had to work with GM on a "buy-back" of a vehicle that was not able to be repaired at a different service department. The buy-back process and vehicle replacement is not profitable for the dealership. After trying to work with many other dealers that were helpful until they found out that there was no money in it for them, I was lucky to find Wheelers. I'm VERY impressed with the customer care at Wheelers. Everyone there that was involved, including the Owners, Management, Salespeople, and Servicepeople, ... they all shared the same caring and helpful qualities. When it's time for another vehicle, I will return to Wheelers.

I have a 2024 Equinox RS model and it’s very comfortable and on the 2024 model it has all the latest safety features which I like. The RS model has a great red accented interior and also has a Bose 7 speaker system that sounds great, the new Lakeside Blue metallic color for 2024 is super nice.
