This 2026 Equinox has been great but I sure would have liked to have received an Owner's Manual with it. The dealer was not a good experience.

This is our third Equinox. A 2018,2022 and now 2026. The car is reliable and high tech. only complaint in 2026 the stereo is not the same as the Bose system. Outside of that we love the car.

I bring my fleet vehicle here for repairs/maintenance. Other dealerships have treated me like a second class customer because the fleet company pays for everything. I have never once felt that way at Sullivan's. They are always kind and have gone above and beyond for me at times. My husband became a loyal customer here because of their great customer service.

Tested 5 cars. Equinox had the best ride and was the best value. The exterior was great and all of the interior updates was amazing. Toyota was close but equinox ride and extras were superior.

My last car was a 2020 Equinox. Totally enjoyed owning it. Looked at the ‘26. The new redesign is great looking. Both inside and out. The controls are easily accessible. Easy to the touch. Infotainment system is top notch. No obstructed views while driving. Ride very smooth and handling very responsive. Very quiet. Seating is extremely comfortable and very spacious interior. Would definitely recommend!!

In addition, I never found any reason to question the pricing on the purchase order; everything was straightforward and exactly as I had been told, which is incredible considering my previous experiences with dealerships, where I had to fight to keep extras from being added to my order. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From Linda at the front desk to the Finance manager who took extra care to make sure I understood everything about my auto loan. My sales guy Chris B, didnt apply one drop of pressure. He just did what I asked and that was to sell me the car I wanted. I let Chris know I will be returning to him for my next purchase.
