Damien was so helpful in every aspect of the buying process. This is my second car and first time buying one (first one was grandparents car ) He was so professional, very easy going, made us feel welcomed, and did not pressure us about anything. He worked fast so we weren???t stuck there for hours like everyone has to be prepared for. He worked with us, always communicated with what was happening, where we were in the process , and answered any and all questions. The finance guy, Alvin was also amazing. He also didn???t pressure us into anything and he moved quick with all the papers, answered any financial questions we had, and is so personable. A great person to have in the finance department. I counted on the previous reviews when first going into this dealership. I am very happy to say that I will be continuing my business with Wedekind! The day I went in to meet with salesman Felice, him and the rest of his team were a great weight lifted off my shoulders. Everyone in the facility worked as hard as they could to make sure I left in a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. What only made it better is that it was the exact car I wanted and they worked with me on the payments to get me where I wanted to be. Saturday afternoon, 20 degrees outside and getting colder and my drivers window will not go up. I call around and find Northstar Chevy service department is open until 5. Place a call and head down they are more than willing to help.
I cannot say enough about the customer service received. The service manager and parts department associate worked together to "muscle" the wind and get it closed. They looked to see if they had the parts to repair while I wait. Part was in stock, able to work me in and my truck was back to me in a few hours.
All I can say is great customer service focus, friendly and knowledgable staff. Highly recommend if you need service on your GM vehicle see the service and parts department at Northstar Chevy.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I called them up days prior to my visit and they walked me through everything and had my paper work and vehicle ready for when I arrived. The vehicle I wanted was in exceptional condition and well priced. My representative’s name was Tanner and he was beyond helpful. He was polite and very informative. They delivered my car at no cost to me. I called him up days after I received my vehicle and Tanner ON HIS DAY OFF, was still able to help me with my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this place and make sure you get Tanner. You can’t go wrong!
I have been a Bedard customer for more than 20 years having bought 12 Honda vehicles. Up until my most recent acquisition, the dealership has been nothing but superb. Now that the manager has left, the experience last year was less than stellar. I did write to the owner about my disappointment. While the owner did respond, it was without much satisfaction. But I have to say the service department continues to be top notch. I've worked with Service Advisor Heather Bialas prior to yesterday's service. She greeted me by name. Was straight forward on what would be done and then when the car was serviced, explained one of the problems in great detail. With employees like Heather, I will continue to have my Honda vehicles serviced at Bedard.
