Came down to Santa Fe to look at a vehicle we had seen online. When we arrived everyone was nice and greeted us as soon as we drove up. The sales staff was very pleasant to deal with. They made sure we recieved the best deal for the vehicle we wanted. Overall it was a great buying experience.
2018 IS300 Chris Ortega is Phenomenal. Words cannot express his knowledge of LEXUS in every aspect. I cannot have asked for a better experience. Took my 2018 Equinox in for its 5000 mile check. Mariel was kind, professional and put me at ease on check in. She told me when she thought it would be finished and she’d call me when it was. I got the call 10 minutes sooner than expected. Wow! When I went to pick it up, I met the service manager. Super nice guy. Made sure I was pleased with the service and asked if there was anything else they could do. Mariel got the paper work lined up and got me on my way. A great service department. I hope they are appreciated by management.
Shopping at Cadillac of Santa Fe was extremely pleasurable. I have never experienced this must satisfaction when buying a car. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from this store in the future.
We had a very pleasant experience at the Chevrolet of Santa Fe Dealership. The process of buying a car (the Bolt) was very straightforward and fast. All the personnel involved were very friendly, courteous and helpful.
I was looking to buy a new 2018 Chevy Colorado Z71 and I had received several offers via email. When I contacted Deb (Internet sales manager) at Henry Valencia she gave me a price for a truck she had in stock. When I visited their website I saw where they had a red Colorado in transit, I asked her to advise me when it got there. She did and this is where the GREAT experience began.
I went to look at the truck and it was what I wanted so i asked her for a price. She immediately gave me a quote so i asked how that compared to invoice minus the incentives that were in place. She said, :let's go look." She showed me the invoice and gave me the lower of the Supplier versus Invoice price minus the incentives. It matched her verbal quote and was at least $1,200 less than any of the other quotes I had received for similarly equipped trucks. The interaction was stress less and she was very easy to talk to. NO PRESSURE.
I asked to have 24 hours to decide and she agreed to hold the truck until I decided. No other dealer would agree to do that.
Now the big topper and to my great surprise Chevy added an additional $1,000 rebate while I was deliberating. Deb immediately notified me and lowered the quote by the new rebate. Only ONE other dealer did that. In addition, the Doc Fee was $150 cheaper than anyone else. DEAL SEALED!
Everyone knows the Business Manager is responsible to try to sell you additional extended warranties and services when you finalize the deal but Jessica only let me know what was available and the pricing, again NO PRESSURE.
Deb then helped me set up the Colorado ON STAR, briefed me on the various buttons and thanked me for the sale. The truck was detailed and had a full tank of gas
