Love my Equinox. I have always been a sedan person so this was my first adventure with a larger vehicle. I love the roomy inside. Comfortable for all passengers. Heated seats are awesome. Wish they had the same design as the Silverado where you could turn on just the back and not the whole seat. Decided to buy out my lease while the interest rates were low and cars were scarce and I don't regret my decision. Wish it had a little more power on quick take offs.

Overall I had a really good experience here. I was not looking forward to car shopping because I know either you don’t get the price you want and or the dealer gets too pushy and you walk out with a little regret. That was not my experience here. I worked with a salesman named Luis and he was cool. I recommend this dealership.

Nicely designed inside and out. Much mote cargo space than I thought it would have. It passed the road trip test too.. I have no complaints about it.

We looked at quite a few vehicles before buying a 21 Equinox Premier. Love the newer body style it rides great, very quiet and smooth. The car had Hankook tires on it, I replaced them with Michelin tires. The car has so much power even with a small engine 1.5L I guess the turbo is doing it’s job. The car has so many nice features for the price, heated and cooled seats work great, it also came with all weather floor mats as well as carpeted mats. My wife drives the car as her daily driver and she loves it and all the features it has. It’s worth a test drive.

On my fourth equinox never, I say never a problem with any of them. Outstanding value for this size car. Current 2019 has 81,000 on it and 0 problems! Change your oil and rotate your tires when you are supposed to stupid!

Our sales rep Isaiah was awesome across the board. Very responsive, friendly and NOT pushy which can be make or break for me. My only complaint is the time it took to finally get to the Finance dept and complete the paperwork. We planned to buy the car that morning, arrived at 5:30pm and didn't get out of there until after 9. I would definitely buy a car from Hertz again though.

I purchased this vehicle sight unseen, used. I test drove an identical vehicle and loved it. My Equinox far exceeded my expectations! So far in the nearly 2/3 years of ownership, I continue to average 34 mpg, I couldn't be happier! Goes through the snow like a trooper and handles very well on icy roads. I do not like the auto stop/start, there is a hesitation and could pose a problem, no one will disconnect it for me! I am having a fuel problem! Very frightening, no one seems to find the problem!!! You can smell raw gasoline while: starting, idling at a stop sign, driving down the road and even after shutting the vehicle off - very frightening - no one can find the problem but they can sure smell the gasoline! It's frightening enough that I've removed my husband's oxygen tanks from the back and we no longer wear seat belts for a just in case moment. Since the gasoline smell the vehicle has become hard to start. Other than the gasoline smell/leak & auto stop/start the vehicle is perfect!

After I bought used 2018 Equinox I discovered it did not have back up alarm. Hate not having it. Also the back up camera display on dash sometimes cannot see as it has a glare. My 2012 Kia Sorento had back up camera on rear view miirror, like that better. Like electric driver's seat to lower and move back, easier to get out of. Plenty of room although trunk area is smaller than Sorento.

Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. Rides pretty good. Seats 5 comfortable. Gas mileage is horrible. I get under 20😥 Mostly interstate and highway miles. Back hitch cover would never stay on. Brought granddaughter same car - same problems.

Sure i will enjoy all the features i pick it up Tuesday...then will drive to south Alabama to see my greatgrand babies .they will be as excited as me

Very polite and oil change done in less than an hour w/ appt. Offered info on what to consider on next visit. professional staff and clean environment. Only thing to call out was the coffee machine in waiting room not working.

I love this car. I have the LTZ w/ sunroof and no leaks. It’s crossover design to SUV is just big enough to take the kids but not huge like a regular SUV. I haven’t had any major repairs on the car but normal wear and tear. Oil changes, new tires.. no rust either. I have put over 100,000 miles on it, been in a pretty deep ditch during heavy snowfall and didn’t roll or tip over. They towed it out and we drove away. No damage. Iowa salts their roads all the time! Weather changes on a dime. This vehicle is so reliable, we bought a second one for the kid. Do yourself a favor and get one. You won’t be disappointed.

Im nearing 140000 miles on this vehicle. other then oil changes radiator flushings and replaceing the tires once I have had zero problems with this hard working car. Oh yea no rust problems either, Chicago salts the streets heavily after each snowfall
