We had a great experience and we love the car. The salesman and all of the sales staff who helped us out at the dealership were great and attentive to our needs.

Mary Kelly went above and beyond to make my car buying experience stress free and frankly enjoyable. She worked with her General sales manager, John who was equally as pleasant to get me the exact car and price I wanted to be at. I will be back for years to come and cannot thank them enough!
In September of 2017 I traded in a 10 year old car on a nice new Chevrolet Cruze. The negotiation was simple and I didn't feel like I was pressured. The salesman was David Tulsky who kept in touch with me throughout the process to ensure things went well.
Going into the process of buying a new car, I dreaded all the salesmanship that I assumed was going to happen. I really never felt pressured and felt Reedman was honest and forthright about the deal.
What do I say here? I love the car. I got a good deal and process that could have been painful was made as simple as possible.
What a family experience with the most comfortable atmosphere I have ever experienced at a car dealership!

Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. This was our first experience working with Patriot. Started working with Bob Johnson to possibly purchase a Traverse but then decided to replace our 2008 Tahoe with a new Tahoe. Despite all the searching Bob did for us, we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. So through Bob we ordered a 2018 Tahoe. From start to finish (got the Tahoe yesterday!!!), we worked with Bob for a long time and he was always kind, patient and helpful. Whether we stopped in, called or emailed (and we did all three), he always found time for us and was very responsive. We met other great people at Patriot and the dealership was always immaculate. Great experience, great salesman and we are thrilled with our new Tahoe. We now look forward to trying their service department.

The people here were absolutely excellent. They were knowledgeable, responsive and understanding. I dealt with Kristen and Tim on my purchase here and could not be happier with the service. When it comes to customer service it is obvious they hold the highest of standards. I can't say enough about the staff and mangagement here at Patriot. They are truly the king's when it comes to buying a new or used vehicle. I highly recommend considering them in you next vehicle purchase! *Cheers*
My sales associate Gary was absolutely the best. I have never been so relaxed and comfortable at a dealership before. He didn't just care about making a deal, he cared about making me a deal I liked. Truly the best!!!
Chris was the first person we met with upon entering the dealership. He was attentive and friendly, never pushy about anything like most other dealerships are. We first took a test drive and Chris pointed out all the features of the vehicle. We then built the car out online to try and get a rough idea for what the price would be for all the features I wanted. Originally, I was planning to get the LT and Bryan went so far as to find an exact match for the vehicle I wanted that he was ready to bring a car in from Michigan to get it to us. Furthermore, the first price that was given to us was well under what we were expecting, enough so that we asked them to give us a price on the Premier trim and the price that came back on that is what we're expecting the LT to be after we went through some negotiating. Brendan came to introduce himself early in the process and was helpful in explaining the warranties and drew everything out on paper for us. Upon signing all the paperwork, we met with Eric who helped us handle everything with the insurance company. Would recommend these guys for getting a good deal on a car, will write another review upon my first service trip there.
We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
