Well let me say," I got a new Mech today. why, Is because my normal Mech was not there. I must say, Dan the new Mach I had was as good as Scoot when he work on my car. Very Happy with every thing that was done. My service writer always make sure things are done wright That is Kevin. Thank You Nick Sirico.
Pretty good overall experience. I bought a nice used car. The salesman was friendly and went with me on a test drive. My first initial contact was online via email. We set up an appointment at my convenience. When I arrived the salesman had the car pulled out and parked up front and ready for me to examine and test drive. The only thing I would complain about it is that it took quite a long time to get to the finance manager's office to complete the sale because they were having slow internet/computer problems, which caused me to wait a considerable amount of time. They were very apologetic and made every effort to try to get me going as soon as they could. I would return to this dealership in the future.

I never bought a used car before for fear
of getting a lemon! I have no idea if the
previous owner did oil changes on time
and other routune maintenance....so i was always afraid of getting burned.
Fast Lane has a warranty program that simply works,in my case i bought a 2017
Dodge Caravan with 48,000 on it......they
did me a great deal on it but what i left
feeling was the same kinda peace of mind
you have in a new car knowing all is covered for 3 years 36k miles.....they custom priced me a warranty for the next
25k miles i drive....in my case about 3 years worth......it covers all major functions but not wear items like brakes
and hoses etc.....i never buy warranties
In anything,but this made too much sense to me! It is a Dodge dealer recognized warranty,ok i paid 1300 bucks
for it but they wrapped it into my loan for
about 9 dollars a month.....if engine or transmission goes its covered,if i breakdown they tow me,pay car rental,
brung gas etc......i came all the way from Rockville......and my Grand Caravan SXT
2017 is selling here for 19k and higher......
new they are about 29k.......Melanie was
able to get my price down to 15,100 !!!!!!
I had the room to buy warranty and peace
of mind.....i love their honest approach....
The best thing i can say for them is I would buy from them again with no hesitation! Thanks Melanie,and Tom,and Tim for explaining the warranty!

We've been looking for a Suburban with specific options and color combination. David Harrison never gave up the search until he found the perfect one! They had my trade in sit in my driveway for 3 weeks and also told me i was getting one warranty and than went and gave me a weaker one at the end. All in all they were ok to deal with. They allowed me to drive the car for a week before purchasing it which was nice. Devin my salesman was pleasant to deal with.
