Set up an appointment and took my 2015 Tahoe in to have 2 recall repairs completed. I was greeted by courteous staff and my vehicle was taken in for service. Within the expected time frame, I received a call that my vehicle service was completed and ready for pick-up. Upon my return my vehicle was brought out and I was ready to leave. This was a very pleasant experience with the service department.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I feel I was treated fair. They listened to what I had to say and I feel I was dealt with honestly. I did not buy the vehicle I have now from Wilkin’s but I will consider buying my next vehicle from them.I would recommend this dealership to a friend.
I needed an oil change and asked to have my brakes checked. It was found that I needed front brakes and another repair. I had been hearing noises and they found out the reason. Thank you for calling me with the added charge before doing the work and doing the work in one day.
Car buying can be stressful and tedious, but Joe Kopp, our sales associate at JBA minimized the downsides. He worked hard to get us the lease deal we wanted on a 2018 Malibu and succeeded. JBA undersold other dealers we patronized. We live in the Towson area, so the drive to Glen Burnie, while relatively long, was well worth it. A diligent, hard working sales associate, friendly staff and a solid deal - what more could one ask?

I always use this Chevy dealership to service or repair my vehicles. The service is outstanding and the customer service representative really cares for my vehicle and ensures the satisfaction of service is at the best.
I contacted the dealership about a vehicle, and although the vehicle was no longer available the young lady that answered the phone was pleasant and very helpful. I will be calling back when I see another vehicle of interest.
