My daughter recently bought a car from Don Marshall in Decembert 2012. She highly recommended that I check out this dealership before looking anywhere else. I was nervous to buy a new car but I have to say that Fred Owings worked well with me. I did not feel pressured to buy a new car. I appreciate him being patient with me through the process. I'm very pleased with the deal I received.
Alton Blakely Honda gave us a good deal on our trade in and a good price on our new Odyssey. Their first offer was very reasonable and negotiations were friendly and easy. They did not have the van we wanted in stock, but they found one and had it ready to pick up the next day. Overall, a low stress, low hassle process.
I am a second time buyer. I am competely sold on A Toyota! It will get you there. I had mine for 8 years so I thought it was time to buy again. I felt like there was no where else to buy but from T & T again. They did all of the hasle work and all I did was drive the car and sign my name! Great team! Keep up the good work.

This is the third auto that has been purchased at Don Franklin Ford in London, KY by my family. The customer is treated with respect, never rushed to make a quick decision about a purchase, and any questions are answered with knowledge about the vehicle. I would highly recommend any one that is interested in purchasing a vehicle to go to Don Franklin. You won't have to look or search at any other business.
I bought my Nissan Armada new in 2013 from Van, which was the best salesman as far as were concerned. The other day my husband took it off the curb. Immediately after that my car started to make a clicking- clunking sound. I was to leave for Georgia the next day. I stopped by and they put it up on the rack and found that the brake cables broke lose from the clamp they were in and the emergency brake cover was starting to rub off. they retied the brake lines up and set me on my way with no charge. Jaime waited on me and he is very professional and friendly. I had a non eventful time purchasing the car, in other words NO grand wizards as I call it. I was told the bottom line price on the car, after researching and making sure it was a deal I purchased it. I hated buying cars in the past but not now, thanks to Don Marshall dealership and their wonderful auto lube department. that's the thing also the repair place wasn't even the service dept. it was their lube place at the bottom of the hill. I highly recommend and will purchase from them in the future. Thanks Jaime, Don Marshall and servicemen for getting me back on the road.
I went down to Somerset from Louisville blind as to what type of dealership it was, and honestly, it was great. The staff let me take the truck out for a spin (even in the rain), then went over the strengths and weaknesses of the vehicle for my needs. We got rolling on numbers pretty quickly, and after a quick back-and-forth, we settled on a number that everybody could live with. The whole thing was pretty painless, and I'd recommend the dealership to anyone.
