Sent an inquiry and Nic called me. The truck I found wasn't what I was looking for but Nic suggested another that was exactly what I needed. Bonus the price was less. Made the drive from Oklahoma to test drive and start the paperwork. Start to finish a great experience. Right truck right price Thanks Nic.
Purchased a new Silverado from Holiday. My salesman Jason Leatherwood worked hard to get the price that I wanted. He normally works at the Ford house next door, however he came highly recommended by a family friend. He took a normally highly stressful situation and made it easy! When they didn’t have the truck I was looking for, he found one similar, but upgraded at the same price. He sent us on our test drive and we fell in love. My wife loves the pickup he found for us and I fear I won’t get to drive it as often as I’d like to! . Holiday comes highly recommended and we look forward to buying another Chevy from Jason!
I had called to check on a mini van I had seen on their website and I spoke to Bruce. I had a few questions about the seat, he proceeded to go out to the van and text me pictures about what I was seeing. I ended up going to the dealer (Over 1 hr drive away) to see and test the van, taking my sister with me. The customer service was great and not only did I end up buying the van, my sister ended up with a car for herself as well! Bruce went above and beyond helping us get our cars!
The service and sales staff is always a delight to work with. I've never had any issues buying cars or having them serviced when it comes to this dealership. Bill Fisher in the service dept goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled efficiently. Great dealership. Good people.
So I contacted this dealership through Cars.com. I was interested in a vehicle that was listed but did not have photos or a price with it. I got an email back that night from a salesman who said he would get the information for me in the morning. He got me pictures and a price quote by the next afternoon. The vehicle turned out to be out of my price point, but I am confident that I would have loved to deal with this salesman. He was straight forward and honest. What else do you want from a car dealership?
Saw a truck on the internet that they were selling. Called and talked with the salesman. He went over the details with me. I made them a counter offer which they accepted. Because of my mobility, they brought the pick up and all the paperwork to my house. Truck was as advertised and described. We signed the papers at my house, I made the necessary payment. The salesman left with a driver that follow him here. Should receive the paperwork in about two weeks. The salesman followed up with a thank you email. Very pleasant experience.
We had a great experience purchasing this vehicle for our son. Our salesman wanted us to get the best vehicle value for our budget. We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. Our son was beyond excited and we felt we came out with a great vehicle for him. We had a great experience. We were in and out in a short period of time too. We would highly recommend Utter Family Ford.
My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.
I've been to every dealership in the Sherman-Denison area. I always buy from Hoyte though. They treat you fair and give you fair prices. Randy in the used car sales is the best. I always enjoy working with him. The service department at Hoyte is always friendly. Every time I have a question Sam will always try and get me an answer.

I went car shopping a month ago. I hate car shopping but Damian was awesome. Knowledgable and no- pressure. He made the experience tolerable and that’s a major accomplishment because I hate car shopping.
