They are great salesmen but don't trust their sweet talk. They make feel you good while buying the car and later on grab every opportunity to cheat you. I don't want you to be in my spot and get treated badly. I won't recommend a dealership who don't care about their customer relationship post sales and these people don't honor their word. You can find many better dealers than these people and better off. I bought a car a few months back. At the time, I am supposed to get two keys. But they could not find the key during sales asked me to come a later day to collect it. I followed them the next day. They could not find the key again and they are also not able to program the key as a person who does that is not available. As I live far away, sales manager clearly said me to get the key when I visit for my first service. When I returned back, they are charging me for getting me a new key and they don't want to honor their word. The reason, the previous sales manager left the dealership and they don't want to honor what their previous manager said. I did show them the proof of chat we had about the key, but they don't care. The new sales manager was rude and He verbally said, "I have to get back to my work" and he is getting aggressive in his voice. He utmost spent 2-3 mins of time while talking to me. He says dealership is not responsible for their previous employee's actions and words. I could two more pages about how they treated me and how professional they are. My only suggestion, forget that this car dealership even exists.

This is a fairly good car except do not ever get the 20 inch tires they are incredibly noises no matter what the dlr of course dosent know about it everything else was good I have 36 thousand miles on it the other morning went in for normal check up and it was steaming in the front of the car in the dlr ship parking lot lucky for me it turned out to be a water pump at only 36 thousand miles the dlr was very good to me they fixed it next day under warranty the whole place treated me great one service writer was Chris the other bob this was at Healy bros Chevrolet in Poughkeepsie ny and now back to fla.
The salesman and finance manager made my experience great... No complaints

electronic items. Very fancy. A great smooth riding car. As a great
beautiful family sedan should be.
The reviews from experts say that this is a classic born again.
Too bad in 2019 that G.M. will stop making this car. Such a shame.

So far the car exceeds all of my expectations. large interior for a modern 2 up front, 3 in the rear.
I need to read the owner's manual to be able to set the stations on the radio.
I had to look on line to learn how to open the gas cap door.
No lever on the floor. What? I believe that the exterior mirrors are too bulky and placed too high. They create a blind spot on the left side.
It is scary to look to the right over my shoulder when moving into the right lane, Too much mass on the right rear pillar. The right mirror is barely adequate to see to the right - rear.
All in all I really like this car. It is beautiful and will last me for the rest of my life. I see real quality in this car. Impala LE edition. Gorgeous stitched leather upholstery going up over the dash.
Spacious back seat area.
A VERY QUITE RIDE, MINIMAL ROAD NOISE.
Just like the big cars of a bygone era.

I received a text from Davian McEwan and a follow-up phone call quickly. He found the vehicle I was looking for and made discounts where he could to give me the best price. I contacted multiple dealerships across the state and they were $1000 dollars cheaper than very good deals from other dealerships.
When they heard about my family’s situation, they offered to drive the car from Atlanta to Kingsland, GA.
I walked in the dealership at 4:00 and had test driven and purchased by 7:30.

I was a Ford owner. This car’s styling caught my eye. Once I test drove the V6, smooth ride and interior comfort sold me. Great Car. I get loads of compliments.
When shopping for a vehicle most know it's not an enjoyable process. Well I can say Herb Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I can easily say when it's time to shop again I will absolutely use Herb.

I purchased my Chevy Impala LT used but still under manufacters warranty. I like the interior and exterior. The leg room in the back seat and trunk size is impressive. The cars sleek body is not to big and not small. Chevy did a great job with this new body size.
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.
Even though the service department was slammed for the Holidays, they got my vehicle checked out to make sure it wouldn't break down on my road trip.
Worst GM model I have ever ftivin.

We rented one for a month while our car was in a body shop. It was nearly impossible to assess position on the road or in a parking lot out the rear window or using the side mirrors. Entering or exiting the drivers seat without banging the head is nearly impossible. I've owned three chevys, two Buicks and one Oldsmobiles. This model isn't worth owning.
Jim Ellis and his team did a awesome job, helping us get the vehicle and financing , they even made a special trip to out home to finish things up ! I greatly appreciated that ! Would recommend them to anyone !

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
