I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.

A great experience. Purchased a new Chevrolet Suburban Premier and it was loaded! Gene at Connell Chevrolet was awesome! Did not need a Sales Manager to close the deal nor a Finance Manager to sign the deal. Gene did it all! We were a Ford family (purchased an Expedition, 2 Edge's and an Escape in the past seven (7) years), but we have now seen the best of GM and will never go back!
Courteous and accommodating. I told them of the vehicle i was interested in and the price i could afford. They found the vehicle with the package i could afford, and just a few hours later, we had a done deal. My next vehicle will be from Hardin.
3 weeks later i ran into a minor paperwork issue and Paul was able to get me brand-new dealer paperwork without a hassle. Above and beyond after the deal was done. I recommend him to everyone who asks about my new truck.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I worked with Product Specialist Javier Noriega in buying a 2018 Dodge Challenger RT, and he exceeded my customer service expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and thorough - but was never pushy or dismissive. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. Javier was assisted by fellow Specialist (and ironically his brother) Gaspare Longo, who also succeeded in making this purchase easy and without the nightmares I've often heard the car-buying experience can be.
Finance Manager Michael Hanson also did an excellent job in arranging for financing for the vehicle, and I appreciated the speed and efficiency with which he conducted the transaction.
Overall my experience with Huntington Beach Dodge was excellent - easy, without pressure and one I would recommend to anyone. And, finally, this car ROCKS!
I came in after seeing a “too good to be true” offer on Facebook for a 2018 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel crewcab Laramie 4x4. After Holly showed me the beautiful truck and I drove it, we went in to the dreaded office. She clearly showed me the price and how the tax was figured after the first discount. Then the second one was applied. I kept asking her how I could get that price. Without leaving to get manager’s approval, she told me that that was the price. I took it and besides opting for a $139 gps tracker, I was not charged anymore fees or anything. I will recommend this place (andHolly) to others.
We purchased a used Kia Forte here, the car and salespeople were ready and expecting us when we got there, and all was handled professionally. Only nuisance was it took a while to finish prepping the care after we had signed all the paperwork, we had to wait another 30-40 minutes, but other than that, all was good.
Went in to buy car. Worked with me to get the price I needed and stayed within my budget while still getting the exact car I wanted. Ask for Gaspare, he will take care of you! Make you feel like a friend and not a customer.
