I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I have bought two vehicles there in 2018, both from Madison. Madison and all of the sales managers, Darren, Frank, and Callie are great. They worked their hardest and best to make my buying experience as easy as possible and I am very confident I got the best deal. I have had no issues with the service department either in comparison to other dealers. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone seriously looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
Not sure about the repairs yet because I got the survey before I got my car back; however everything leading up to this point has been great all the follow up phone calls to keep me informed about the process and keeping me in the know about the time line on when my vehicle would be done was awesome.
Was a pleasant experience. When we bought the car Callie the sales manager went above and beyond. the sales man was friendly and helpful. the finance man was very efficient. we really like the new car and would buy another from this dealership.the lady who explained the car was really helpful
I was not impressed. I inquired about a truck on cars.com and the next day was called by the internet manager. He said he needed to check on his inventory and would call me back the next day by noon. I didn't hear from him again. Later that week I went to a dealer in Excelsior Springs MO and I bought 1 2500 gmc and 1 3500 gmc. Thanks anyway.
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..

I went to The dealership to look at a 2017 Yukon, i walk into the showroom and I’m greeted by Megan Brown. Megan answered all my questions and was quick to find a vehicle that I was looking for. She was patient & explained The options on the SUV, she was very knowledgeable of all the options. We took a test drive and she wasn’t in a hurry to get back and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle before buying it. She explained the whole buying process and getting my trade looked at and negotiating a great deal. Megan is a Rockstar in the making, I would highly recommend her to anybody wanting to buy a new or used car,truck or suv. The whole buying process was completely stress-free from the office staff to the sales manager and the finance person and the owner Tony. The detail department did a fantastic job and again Megan help me clean out my old car and get into my new car and set up the on star in the vehicle. I would highly recommend Megan and this dealership for all your vehicle needs.

The guys over at Eddy’s Mazda are amazing! I went to 5 different dealerships and none of them compare to the service and genuine care I received from these guys! From the salesmen, the sales manager, to the finance guy, all of them treated me with kindness and respect and really worked with me! If anyone is in the market for a new car, check them out!
We located a 4x4 truck at Show Me Auto Mall North in Belton, Missouri. It looked good except for a rusty latch and some small scratches on the fender. Although the purchase process was not the speediest, we did purchase the truck and asked them to replace the latch and touch up the scratches, which they did.
After leaving the dealership, we couldn’t tune in radio stations and noticed the antenna (on the scratched side) was missing. We purchased an antenna but were unable to install it.
We had driven the truck for several months and were happy with it. One day while walking on a deck, we were able to see the top of the truck and noticed the roof of the cab had a dent with missing paint and long scratches. The dent was on the same side as the touched up area. We were disappointed and feeling bad about the purchase. We thought we’d call the dealer and see what they had to say. They were willing to repair it to make it right! Logan offered to install the antenna at the same time. The repair job on the roof is excellent.
This made us very happy and gives us confidence in Show Me Auto Mall North to treat customers well.
