We located a 4x4 truck at Show Me Auto Mall North in Belton, Missouri. It looked good except for a rusty latch and some small scratches on the fender. Although the purchase process was not the speediest, we did purchase the truck and asked them to replace the latch and touch up the scratches, which they did.
After leaving the dealership, we couldn’t tune in radio stations and noticed the antenna (on the scratched side) was missing. We purchased an antenna but were unable to install it.
We had driven the truck for several months and were happy with it. One day while walking on a deck, we were able to see the top of the truck and noticed the roof of the cab had a dent with missing paint and long scratches. The dent was on the same side as the touched up area. We were disappointed and feeling bad about the purchase. We thought we’d call the dealer and see what they had to say. They were willing to repair it to make it right! Logan offered to install the antenna at the same time. The repair job on the roof is excellent.
This made us very happy and gives us confidence in Show Me Auto Mall North to treat customers well.

It was all great. I am a repeat buyer from McCarthy-Morse and would recommend them to anyone looking for new or used. Fast, friendly and honest. All the things you look for in a buying experience. We were behind the wheel of our new car in about 2 hours - that is from the test drive to getting the keys in our hands. Loved the cool document signing technology too. Made the finance part so fast and used hardly any paper. We got everything electronically, which is not only environmentally friendly, but pretty darn convenient.
Terry Norris was our salesman and he was wonderful to work with! If every car dealership had a salesman like him I wouldn't mind car shopping. He was very respectful and he got us right to the point and was very helpful when it came to the buying. We were in and out! I would definitely buy another vehicle from Terry.
This was not a pleasant experience for me. I did a lot of waiting. I was initially told the price of the car was negotiable, but it was not. I was rushed through the financial experience and ended up buying something I didn't need. I just found the overall experience very stressful.
I had already completed my homework searching for a used truck when I walked in and met my salesman Heath McRoy. We clicked from the moment I met him. I told him what I was looking for and he advised me one was due in any day. When it arrived, Heath notified me and I went in for the test ride. We agreed on the price for their truck and gave me a fair deal on my trade-in. I then was sent to finance to get the paperwork done. So far I like what I bought. I have been a customer of McCarthy Chevrolet for about 20 years. I am a satisfied customer.
