Mr. Kwami was a very helpful person because he tried to satisfy my needs by making sure I got the right F-150. He was patient with me and allowed me to take my time when deciding if I had picked out the right car. Furthermore, Mr. Kwami is a friendly person who is always there to help out others by giving them the best services.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.
We met Sean Prather at 4:45 on a 100 degree Saturday evening. After a horrible afternoon of test driving cars at 4 other dealers, we stopped at Laurel Kia on our way home. Sean stayed late to show me a car, which I loved. I had second thoughts over the weekend and I went back at 5pm tonight. He let me sit in 5 cars, stood outside with me in a hailstorm, and helped me decide what would best fit my needs. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Laurel Kia and Sean Prather. The finance professional was also super helpful. The dealership is no-frills. But they have complimentary beverages and it’s very clean and upbeat. If I wanted a manicure I would go to a nail shop. I wanted a car, and I got one today! Thanks!

I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.
I like their knowledge and how courteous they are. Although the vehicle I had purchased had a couple issues, they worked hard to make sure the problems were fixed properly and I was back on the road quickly. Thanks Guys !!!
Had my wife truck worked on with no appointment and at the end of the day. His service techs was getting off in a half an hour but still fit me in on a Friday. I was taking a trip out of town the same day and he made it a priority as if it was his family leaving. Yes there are still people who cares about getting the job done. I had an awsome experience at Miller Brothers Chevrolet in Ellicott City, compared to 3 other car dealers and online car shopping I visited. At MBC, no pressure to buy, friendly atmosphere, and understanding from Mr. Corky Franklin, Mr. Brad Witmer, Mr. Matt, and Mr. Mike Miller. The saleswoman Patricia and the whole staff were terrific to work with for the purchase of our new Chevy Colorado and the trade-in of our old Camry. No pressure sales which we appreciated and Chevy had an additional Veteran’s discount available of $1000 also, so that was great news! Even the gentlemen in their finance department were nice and patient and no big pressure to use their financing once we told them we had another firm.
