This is an amazing car. My 3rd Impala. I’m 6’5” and this car is the perfect fit. The car has everything I need and then some.
Steve was a pleasure to work with. Greeted us the minute we walked into Ryan Auto Mall. Asked the right questions to put us into the vehicle that fits our needs, made us feel very comfortable, you can tell he loves his work and is very good at it. Everyone there was very friendly and said hello. We had bought many cars from Ryan's which is why we came back. Great Dealership!

Great car for the first three miles. Then it died and I went to the dealer and took my check back.
Did I mention that it was Certified the day before by what they call A Certified Technician! When you can’t trust a national chain you might as well shop at Sals Hoopties!

The Chevy mpala is a great car and pricing is great for the car you get.
Do you need to put a house in the trunk’ Well this this is the car for you with humongous trunk space. You can’t beat the Chevy Impala. The car runs special! I had a 2007 for 10 years and now a 2018.
Carmax was a great place to purchase a vehicle. Friendly no pressure atmosphere!
The people in the business office, especially Alex, were very helpful and pleasant. Ryan, my sales guy was awesome as well.

Ok, I had a 2004 CTS, my kid outgrew it. Got an SUV, kid outgrew that. Kid is 16 and almost 6?7?. Had to find vehicle that he would fit in to take long baseball trips. Turns out that the Impala has the most legroom of anything except a new CT6.
Had kid get Into it and with seat all the way back he can barely touch wheel well. PERFECT!!
Did I mention that the trunk has more room than the SUV or that it got close to 36mpg on a 300 mile trip?
The only things I have issues with are because of the decision I made on what model level to buy. I miss the dual zone heating/cooling because I am old and get cold and the kid likes the A/C on constantly full blast. And I miss back up sensors even though it comes with rear camera standard.
Overall, this is a fantastic car that I got for an even better price and it suits all of my needs.
Have been with Lupient when buying my cards for the last 30 years. It has all changed. There is hardly anyone in the service department. The calls don;t come and when you try to call you get connected to three or four different areas/people....and then get voicemail. In the past when I picked up my car, It was washed and brought around for me. The other day when I picked up my car from being serviced I was handed the keys and told roughly where it would be and to go look for it - get it myself. No wash. No customer service!

Car is very comfortable easy to drive long distances. Well designed interior and very quiet. Handling is better than expected and gas mileage on the freeway is 30mpg and higher. Only drawback is it is front wheel drive, but I knew that when I bought it.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

This car is roomy, sleek, and powerful.
It is loaded with features. It burns a little more gas but, the power it puts out is well worth it.
I called in about my car not starting. they said we will be looking for you. I got there and 1 hour later the car was fixed and I was on the way home. My car was even washed.
Sporty and reliability

This car has surpassed all of my family's needs. As a single mother, I purchased it so that I can hand it down to my teenage daughter in a few years. It is very comfortable which is what I love, with a great amount of trunk space. My daughter loves it because it is sporty, and nice on the eye. We couldn't have made a better decision.
My wife and I went in and were looking for a reasonable vehicle. Our salesman, Doug Rambow, did not try pressuring us into anything we didn't want or need. He listened to our wants and showed us only what we were interested in purchasing. This was by far my most enjoyable experience in buying a car and I appreciate all the help I was given by Doug.
I needed 2 fleet trucks, worked with Doug at Ryan Auto Mall in the past soni contacted him again to help. Doug showed me the best value for my fleet and made the process easy for me. Family owned and operated at Ryan!
The sales guy was OK, took me for a ride and explain a few thing about the car, not much. The experience with the manager was another story, he was rude and threat me poorly, he basically look me down and left without talking to me about options. Bad experience overall, first time they do that to me at a dealership.....
Daughters first car
My daughter purchased her first car from this dealership. She paid cash and was helped along the way by a very attentive sales person and then a very informative finance guy. All went smooth
She neede to return to the dealership a couple of days after purchase to correct a couple of issues. The service center received her with open arms and great service. All issues were fixed. Very satisfied first experience. Thanks to all for creating a great experience for my daughter and helping her achieve a long standing goal
Saw vehicle on line, spoke with Tim H. He was great to work with. We came from Illinois to see\purchase vehicle. They had it all ready for us to view, it was horrible weather, they had it inside for us to view. Justin the financial guy was also great to work with. Loved his sense of humor. I worked with Heather for a good 6 hours getting the best deal I could from them. They were very generous with our trade in and helped me save money by making me aware of incentives I didn???t even know existed. An example is the Costco incentive. Not only did that reduce my purchase price I get a Costco gift card in 2 months. I showed up at the dealer to buy a used 2016 SRX and I ended up leaving with with a loaded 2019 XT5. My payments are the same and I have a new vehicle to drive. My wife was super happy when I got home.
