Sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and got a response. Responded to dealers email asking about hours of the business to possibly schedule a test drive and received no response. Recommend calling or just stopping by to look at a vehicle.
This was a great Black Friday shopping experience. I got a truck with less than 6,000 miles and a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on top of it . I admit, we were picky. We came in set on purchasing a used Chevy and test drove several options, but none felt quite right. Jayne was patient, accommodating, and helpful while we remained undecided. Eventually, we decided to give a Jeep a test drive. The moment we sat in the 2019 Cherokee limited edition, we looked at each other and knew: ???This was the one.??? Thank you, Jayne!
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Have been with Lupient when buying my cards for the last 30 years. It has all changed. There is hardly anyone in the service department. The calls don;t come and when you try to call you get connected to three or four different areas/people....and then get voicemail. In the past when I picked up my car, It was washed and brought around for me. The other day when I picked up my car from being serviced I was handed the keys and told roughly where it would be and to go look for it - get it myself. No wash. No customer service!
We enjoyed working with Austin through the process and Lupient continues to provide great service as we fix issues after the sale. Would recommend Lupient GMC and Infiniti!
