Had an appt for an oil change at 8am today but had a drs appt at 910am. I went at 730 when they opened, explained my Drs appt, and Mike the service advisor said no problem and I was out faster. This is not something that prolly could be done all the time, but I appreciated his effort. Payment process went quickly too.
My salesman Jason was customer focused and I didn't feel like he was ripping me off. I have bought about 16 new cars in my life and this is the first time I did not feel buyers remorse so that says it all. I am driving around with a big smile because of Jason!

I had a great experience with my salesman Bill and everyone else i dealt with. They were kind, courteous, helpful and very professional. Bill was very knowledgeable about the vehicle i was interested in. The whole experience was one of the best I had with purchasing a vehicle, overall very smooth and seamless.
Every person that I met in the dealership in Middletown was very kind and professional, but my special thanks goes to Mr Miguel Miranda (service advisor) who is a very positive person, very helpful and patient in explaining.
Before I came there with my beloved 12 years old Monte Carlo I did estimated cost in a few places and the offer which I got from All American Chevrolet was the best.
Chris was the first person we met with upon entering the dealership. He was attentive and friendly, never pushy about anything like most other dealerships are. We first took a test drive and Chris pointed out all the features of the vehicle. We then built the car out online to try and get a rough idea for what the price would be for all the features I wanted. Originally, I was planning to get the LT and Bryan went so far as to find an exact match for the vehicle I wanted that he was ready to bring a car in from Michigan to get it to us. Furthermore, the first price that was given to us was well under what we were expecting, enough so that we asked them to give us a price on the Premier trim and the price that came back on that is what we're expecting the LT to be after we went through some negotiating. Brendan came to introduce himself early in the process and was helpful in explaining the warranties and drew everything out on paper for us. Upon signing all the paperwork, we met with Eric who helped us handle everything with the insurance company. Would recommend these guys for getting a good deal on a car, will write another review upon my first service trip there.
Was going to buy a new car and was greeted by a salesman Jason Wysowata he ask what car I wanted a traverse he show the car was helpful with what I wanted also what I like about it was he did not hover over me during the test he was helpful with the car and was very with the buying and financing he is the salesman that I would tell my friends to ask for.
The service at Bay Ridge Chevrolet was great. They opened early and had no wait. Burt was great because he explained everything wrong w my car in detail and proposed solutions. And when I went to pick up my car, I felt like it was brand new. A plus.

As a female sales management professional in a premium brand category, I was both anxious and excited to buy my next new vehicle. I consider myself a brand loyalist and if I love my experience somewhere, they will not only earn my trust, but my future business as well. I was ecstatic to go to the new Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton even on what turned out to be a windy and cold night, only because the experience was top notch. I was greeted by Joe Vazquez.....outgoing, well put together, savvy and enthusiastic. Not to mention....sharp! Joe "peeled away at the layers of the onion" as we like to use this analogy in our own world. He asked me questions to get right to the heart of what I not only wanted, but NEEDED! He put me in just the right vehicle for ME and that is what exemplary service is all about. The rest of the experience was made further superior with the help of the Manager and Finance Team. I could not have asked for this experience to have been any better if I wrote the scenario myself. James worked with Joe on pricing I could afford and Brendan and Zach made sure I understood extended warranties, the Ciocca Promise and what I should expect as customer.....or in my world, a CLIENT! Thank you guys for a wonderful car buying experience. I will be in tomorrow with some homemade goodies for all of you and to show off my new Chevy Equinox!
Very comfortable environment , friendly and awesome from the showroom to the lot , All the vehicals are in mint condition , it's my family's third experience with David B and it's not gonna be the last . 10/10 experience,😊

My trade-in was valued fairly, financing balance was acceptable due to my not so great credit,
but they got me financed, ok! Am happy and comfortable with the results and I love my new TRUCK!
