It was a good experience shopping at this Mazda. I was able to test drive a few cars on my own on different occasions before buying. Nathan Palacios was my salesman and he was wonderful. While trading in my car, we ran into a hiccup that he took care of right away. Also, I was sent home with a similar car that I was purchasing since mine wasn't in stock and had to wait for it to be driven down, so that was nice of them. Overall, it was a good experience and I would highly recommend seeking out Nathan Palacios as your sales guy.
I recently needed to get a new car, I decided to look at Hyundai and see if I could find something that would work good for me. During my time working with Crain Hyundai, Bryan Huddleston answered any and all of my questions (which were a lot!), explained all the details proficiently and honestly, and put me in a car I absolutely love. Worked with Shaun Smith at the used lot. He was very professional, enjoyed working with him. There was a little confusion in difference in listed price on Cars.com versus what was quoted at the dealership. Not a big deal. Wish we could have made a deal, but also understand they deserve to make a profit. If we could have made a deal they could have made 14000 from my persepective. In all fairness they may have just needed to make more to make a real profit. All in all wasn’t a bad experience just didn’t make a deal. I’m not sure if I would recommend to a friend, I kind of like not messing around and just getting the this is what it is, if your looking to wheel and deal this isn’t the dealership for that, again just from my perspective. I also want to emphasize Shaun was very professional.
Just have to say - If you're looking for a vehicle, go talk to John Preston. He has really worked to make us good deals in the past, and did so again today. He listens to what you want/need and goes above and beyond to make it happen. He doesn't try to push you into something that's out of your budget or not what you're really looking for.If something doesn't go exactly to plan, he'll make it right. He'll take care of you
I tried to edit/or delete my original comment but this site does not allow for this action. I'm writing this comment too update the situation. I was called first thing in the morning by the management "Tyler" at Superior GMC where they we're extremely apologetic and eager to provide satisfactory customer service, and they did just that. This seems to have been a huge communication error that led to me being frustrated by what had taken place. After speaking with Tyler I'm confident that if I would have spoken to him originally this issue would have never escalated, as he is truly someone who is determined to give good customer service. I plan on buying a new truck or SUV here in the next year or two and I will attempt to buy it from Superior GMC when the time comes, this is because of them going Beyond normal customer service expectations after what originally happened.
