My family has bought at least 5 vehicles from this place over the past 10 years and they've always done good for us. Marcos (the guy we always seem to end up buying a car from), has always been honest and upfront about things regarding the cars, the dearlership policies, and the special offers. He's also very friendly, talking to you like a person and not just a potential sale. The cars we get have always been reliable. Never bought a 'lemon' car from here. The longest lasting was a Seabring that we had for over 10 years, and it would have lasted much longer if it weren't for being in an accident. The shortest lasting one was a '99 Pontiac Grand Am that I had for only two years, but that's because I traded it in for a real nice 08 Taurus which I got from the same place for a great price.
They had my trade in sit in my driveway for 3 weeks and also told me i was getting one warranty and than went and gave me a weaker one at the end. All in all they were ok to deal with. They allowed me to drive the car for a week before purchasing it which was nice. Devin my salesman was pleasant to deal with.
I called Criswell's Service department to schedule a time to bring my truck in for a "check engine" light. Brandon answered and quickly got me a date and time within two days from when I called. Once there, he was very professional and advised he would give me a call with the diagnosis and options. He called that afternoon, and discussed options with no pressure of doing more than I wanted. Which I really appreciated, knowing some other dealers would have, but Brandon and Criswell did not! He and his Service team finished the work that afternoon and I was back in my truck in no time! This team at Criswell, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for the best! Thanks again Brandon and the Criswell Service Team!
I contacted Karz, Via e-m today. It was not long and a rep. called me back. He was very polite, and answered my questions on a truck I had inquired about. We are still looking for a used truck that will meet our needs. We may take a ride to visit them and see what they have to offer.
The was the easiest new car purchase I have ever had. The trade value was top notch and the purchase price was competitive. I expected resistance on the price I was expecting to pay, they matched the best deal I negotiated with by another dealer further away. This is a car dealer, and yes they are in it to make money. Be informed using all the resources available and don't expect to be deserving of any more, haggling make a car buying experience miserable.
